This is my #1 coffee recommendation in St. Louis right now. Even to fellow coffee snobs. Go to Quarrelsome right now!

Been here a few times. It is a busy saturday morning, and yet the place doesn't feel cramped, isn't loud, and the staff is all super pleasant. The cortado is a sure bet every time. Atmosphere is a great balance between cozy and airy. Patio looks nice, but a little chilly for me.

I'd love a larger variety of edible items, however, I understand that it is a COFFEE shop. :) They are QUICK, the staff moves efficiently and helps out wherever they can. The space is simple and has the cutest seating -- all neat, and efficient. There's much seating indoor or outdoor. I only wish it was more obvious that you would exit their patio to the street. I'll be there again to try on a less busy day (for myself).

Lots of lovely drinks, especially an impressive range of high-quality teas. Unique seating layout with lots of outlets make it the perfect quiet work from home location. The large outdoor patio also has outlets for each table. There are no substantial food options, but it doesn't diminish from the offerings and experience.

I have been to almost every coffee shop in the area, and Quarrelsome has some of the best set of coffee, tea, and classy atmosphere's for studying that I've experienced. Great place to grab coffee with a friend or to get some work done. Their sparkling water fountain is fancy too.

Nice atmosphere and outside seating. The coffee texture was good, but it was too sour.

I had their batch coffee, honestly that should be taken off the menu. It was horrible. I have not tried anything else, but I will not be going back. Sorry but I could not even drink it.

I tried Costa Rica coffee and it’s really nice. I don’t recommend pastries tho

I've never been a fan of hanging out in coffee shops. Either weird vibes, bad music or not much else encourages me to stay. This spot is different, if you can find a seat. Nonetheless the coffee here is very good but the pastries are even better. Their kolache and cake were insanely good. To the point I'd come back just for those. Absolutely worth a visit and in an area where there isn't much within a block or two besides a few million dollar condos being built :)

Stellar atmosphere, excellent coffee and tea offerings. Service is high caliber. I make it a goal to only rate places with 5 stars.Their coffee is incredible. They've combined roasting and fermentation techniques to produce some unique and accessible single origin coffee. The design and layout of their shop is incredibly warm, open, and spacious. They've done a stellar job.Parking: Ample paid parking along Sarah St.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors and single level floor with no bumps. I have family that has ADA needs and I wouldn't hesitate to bring them along.

I met with a friend here last week and we had a really great time talking over our treats. I had an iced matcha with a shot of espresso, oat milk and was even complimented with vanilla syrup after I ordered. My friend, Taylor had their iced chai. Taylor really liked her tea but I honestly have to say I regret not ordering a coffee. Although I like having lavender in my espresso, all of their syrups are housemade. If you're a sugary st*rbucks drink lover this place might not be for you. I wouldn't recommend drinking there ANYWAYS but I ordered my tea here forgetting typically there's no added sugar lol. The service was patient and friendly. We wish their menu was easier to find online or their menu in person was larger because it being our first time we wanted to talk over and browse for a bit. The shop itself was very appealing and the ceilings/brick wall caught both of our attention. The aesthetic was charming and Taylor had also taken interest in their wall of merch! While we had just been chatting I'd say this is a great space for working and the atmosphere is quite peaceful. The outside seating area was pretty inviting too. I think this place is a newer shop to the area but I look forward to seeing an expansion of options on their menu.
