Service was practically nonexistent. Took 15 mins to get a glass of Prosecco and there were only 3 people at the bar. The food was frozen to microwave vibes. No thank you!

If zero was an option, I would choose it. Horrible service, food half cooked. Waited over an hour. Won’t be back.

Had reservations for two. Stood upfront for 20 minutes in front of the “please wait to be seated sign”. Ended up having to call the restaurant on my phone to get someone’s attention and they immediately put me on hold. We ended up leaving, so did a few other people in line.

service absolutely horrible, she only checked on us twice, 1-when she took our order 2- when she brought us our food, she completely forgot about our drinks, they came out after the meal and never checked on us for a refill, had to track her down for a box, the bill, and a missing side that we ordered, do better dawn.

Food came out cold. Service wasn’t that great, had a reservation for 6 waited until 6:30 to even sit down. After all that waited for my sides for 30 minutes after I got the main meal.

Tremendously understaffed on a basefall and concert night. Went for dinner, and after a long wait, were finally served. Food was surprisingly good. The staff was personable and hard working. Went for breakfast the next morning on "free passes" and left after waiting for 30 minutes. Again, staff was working their tails off but just too few of them. Went somewhere else for breakfast and gladly paid there.
I ate there 3 times during my stay at the Westin. Was more of a frequent diner due to convince and not because I liked it. Service was bad, I felt forgotten at times. Food was mediocre at best, not worth what I paid, and in one case, I ended up ordering GrubHub from my table and picked it up in the lobby as I was going to my room. they need to revamp the menu and manage the wait staff better. All the times I went I was only one of under 10 people in the entire place.
The food was mediocre at best which was disappointing for the price of it. The restaurant was VERY slow. Our server was the host the busser the bartender and the person who delivered room service if anyone ordered any. Didn't receive all the items we ordered but they appeared on the check. They did adjust but not a great attention to detail. The CC system was down so all transactions were cash or hotel room charge. Seemed a little sketch to me but I know systems go down from time to time. The menu also wasn't reflecting what was online. Said they were in a changing period.
Attentive and very nice staff!
Food was well thought out and delicious.
Comfortable atmosphere.
I would highly recommend.

Had a terrible experience with the manager of the Restaurant Quattro inside of the Westin. We made reservations a day prior. We get here today for Mother’s Day lunch. The manager proceeds to tell us they can not serve us because we they are short staffed. Mind you it is Mother’s Day. The manager was very rude to my pregnant wife. Once I decide to intervene only then did they decide to seat us. The manager did everything he could to convince us they could not serve us even though there were multiple parties of our same size seated and being served. Never had such an unprofessional experience.

It was only two severs. I think every drink that has that ginger beer in it is terrible. I was disappointed on Mother's Day at the food because it was lukewarm and bland. The salad is probably the most enjoyable thing you could order. I'm upset I spent $100 here. I definitely do not recommend.
When we arrived on site for our reservation on Mother's Day, the manager said they were unable to seat us because they were short staffed. He was incredibly side and unapologetic.
Meh... don't waste your time. Might be convenient if you are staying in the hotel but you can literally see Katie's pizza from the windows facing ballpark village. Crab cakes were so undercooked they weren't warm all the way through, also the pico was chopped like a crazy person did it. Some giant pieces some small. I've worked in restaurants for 25 years and that's laziness at its best. Clearly nobody cares there. Pizza was ok. Ordered a glass of wine and when it came I asked the bartender to prove to me that it was a 6oz pour. Guess what??? It was short 2oz. For sure won't be back.
I was greeted and treated nice. I felt confident ordering and got my order in time. No
