I repeated my two item order twice, once at the speaker and once at the window, and they still got it wrong. Food was cold by the time I made the 3 minute drive home, still tasted decent however

I have been waiting for my order for 2 hours and it still hasn't arrived, then I cancelled it. It's very bad and they deliver it late.

I wish i could complain more. I ordered ahead, my wife picked up, after going to the "online pickup lane" and sitting for a few minutes no one came to help her, so she went through the drive thru where they let her sit for a few more minutes then told her to go around the building back to the "online order lane". Where she waited another 5 minutes, and they forgot the only soda on the order and the LG fries. On top of that the bacon philly cheesesteak double was the size of a mcdonald's hamburger, for $12; and my wife waited there for 20 minutes. In all that time they did not speak to her other than to tell her to go back around.
"They didn't speak to her at all... just handed her the bag, didn't verify the name, ask if she needed anything, and then when they forgot the Sprite they just opened the window and stared at her."

Gisela in drive thru was VERY rude!! she handed me my bag very aggressively...I checked the items inside and noticed my large fry box was only filled half way. I asked if that's the way they give out fry orders and she started YELLING AND CURSING. I most definitely could've got ignorant with her but I'm a better person...I will never go back and I'll be sure to call corporate 1st thing Monday morning

I ordered a door dash and they forgot to give the driver half of our food and then when the second driver went back to get the order that was supposed to be remade the staff was super rude to her and slammed the window in her face when she told them it was missing half the food last time. First they told her that they made that order 3 times already and then when they asked to speak to us on the phone they told my husband with attitude that they've already made our order 4 times and they weren't making it again..

Apparently it's customary to ignore delivery (doordash, ect) drivers and when they get the workers attention the workers yells at customers and slams the window in customers faces. After we had been waiting over 10 mins and about 7 cars worth of people had already been served
I HAVE to give a star is the only reason they got the one they got. It’s always a “problem” but really it’s just the staff doesn’t want to work in any capacity. During i let it pass but it’s December 2024 and I literally see 4 people in there and it’s 9:30pm no one in drive thru but me. I’d derive to the honoring location to piss before even thinking about Jefferson

terrible service. never have been to this restaurant before and was told to order when ready and had asked what was on some brisket sandwich. was told to look at the menu when it’s just a photo and then he proceeded to get hostile so my friend started recording. we pulled to the window where he said he was “turning the music down to see what’s poppin” and act belligerent. so i then asked to speak to manager while i believe she was standing watching the entire time behind. i then tried to call after he slammed the window shut & no answer. would love to email videos to general manager for solution.
