Ordered food last night 2/29/24 and when my food my food arrived it was cold it took over 30+ minutes to arrive and I didn’t get half of my food there’s always a problem with my food or service when I come here I am highly disappointed and I will never order from here again because idk I about anyone else but I don’t have money to waste on subpar food

Waited for 30 minutes for my order, then they tell me they can’t fulfill my order because their shift is over and the manager is 30 minutes late to work and there is now no one to fill it. At 5:30
Took 20 mins to get my order taken with only 2 cars in front. They didnt have sour dough buns even though it's a new special they have been doing. Didnt have apple pies. Didnt have 4 types of beverages available. They charged me to replace sour dough bread because they didnt have any. Served me old dried out hard beef patties that actually cut my throat trying to swallow it. Put burnt to hell onions on it that must've been very old and that single bite made me sick and have had diarrhea from it. I took pictures of the garbage they served me. Couldn't believe they had 4 people working because of how long it took. Worst experience at rallys ever. The pics alone make me want to vomit. I literally had to race home and lay down because that bite of burger made me nauseous. I was looking forward to rallys cause I hadn't had it in a while and now I'll be scared to ever go back. Does that sandwich look appetizing to anyone? You can see how dry and shriveled that burger is. Had to give a single star cause 0 isn't an option.
