Was surprised to have payment routed through DoorDash.
Food was very good, what I received of it.
Order was short the apple pie and strawberry cheesecake that I ordered. Should have checked the bag.
Access to the location is difficult -- located close to major intersection, making getting in and out difficult.

I really wish I could give zero stars ! I ordered online, I was alerted that My order was ready. Get there, ended up waiting 20 plus minutes to receive My food. I couldn’t leave because cars were waiting in the front and back of Me. I even called the inside, no answer. There were literally People cutting Their cars off in line because of the long wait !! I received My order, the food wasn’t fresh or hot. I informed the employees that I was missing funnel cake sticks but instead They gave me an apple pie due to being out of funnel cake fries. The values are not equal in amounts and I would like to be refunded !! I will never visit this location again !!

I go because out of all the places that sell shakes this place is the only one that has it and my favorite banana 🍌 burgers are ok as of all fastfood places sometimes you get a HOT burger but most times its heat lamp hot .

Awful experience, we got told to go wait in the line for delivery orders though we had already paid and only order 2 very basic meals. The drinks they gave us had more ice than soda to the point the straw wasn’t able to fit in the cup, if we hadn’t already paid we would of just left!

While driving for Lyft on the night of Sunday, October 12th, my passenger informed me that they had been at the hospital with their son all day and had not eaten. We proceeded to a Rally's drive-thru, but there was no posted signage indicating that the first lane was closed. When we reached the speaker box, there was no menu displayed; consequently, we reversed and moved to the next lane's order box. We honked the horn and shouted but received no response. We then drove around to the window, where we observed a young female staff member walking around with a headset. I waved my hand to attract her attention; she looked at us but continued as if unaware of our presence. Subsequently, a young man emerged from the back, and we gained his attention. He instructed us to pull back through the drive-thru. The passenger placed an order, after which, at the window, the female employee stated the amount due was $11. The passenger questioned why they were being charged $11 for a Big Beafied combo, to which the employee explained it was because it was a large size. The passenger clarified they did not request a large, and the employee had not inquired about size; thus, she adjusted the order to a smaller size. The passenger then requested some condiments. The employee inquired which condiments, to which the passenger responded, 'Ketchup and napkins.' The passenger added, 'Please don't let the napkins touch my food.' I felt regretful that we were ignored upon arriving at the window and that the employee's tone during the interaction was unprofessional.

They need to shut this place down.. most incompetent workers. Makes me look forward to the day they replace them with ai robots. How hard is it to make fries and burgers?? Does not take over an hour that's for sure.

I really wish I could give zero stars, like she gave zero cares...Service here is awful. No customer service. The young lady at the drive thur today at 6pm, did not greet us, did not say thank you, was short, & just gave off the impression that she didn't want to be at work. I asked her what happened to good customer service, what happened to greeting a customer, saying hello at the very least, she just shrugged. That is not the kind of attitude to have especially with these over priced food. I say forget it, I'll find something at home. Do better or get another job.

Ordered online gave me a time when order would be ready for pick up. Drove all the way there and they are not open. Not only are they not open can’t get in touch with anyone about a refund. And my kids and I are hungry. After being sleep and sick all day smfh
