Sat in the Doordash side of the drive through for over an hour minutes waiting. The entire time there were 3 other doordashers in front of me and a long line on the other side as well. For the entire 30 minutes, they got all the in-person orders in the other line done before even starting the doordashers. I was stuck between two cars so I couldn't even unassign the order and leave. It's fast food. It shouldn't have taken so long to fry some food, and now I've lost out on a ton of money sitting here all night.

If you are a door dash, don't accept orders from this place after midnight. Checkers won't start the orders placed after midnight until you come up to the window. So the wait can easily be 20 minutes minimum if there is someone else there

The food was okay, my order was messed up and the food took 54 minutes to be given to me after ordering AHEAD online. The only reason we waited was because we couldn’t get a refund and no one was coming to the window long enough to resolve any issue. At one point someone behind me began honking and yelling at me to move so they could leave, which was partially why I stayed. (Sorry to the person behind me for being spiteful)

I'd love to give you a review about the food, however I drive 20 mins home just to find out my food was missing from the bag. How can I get my time and money back though? I be trying to give folks a chance, haven't been in so long, yet disappointed again. Now I worked all day to go to bed hungry.

Fell asleep in drive thru because wait was too long

Had to repeat my order 3 times in the drive trough to the lady who was giggling. Ok no big deal. But when I get to the window she is on her cell phone choping it up with the home girls. Head set on one side cell phone on the other. Never acknowledge me as a customer just opend the window reached her hand out motion for my payment and toss me my bag closed the window all while on her cellphone. To the girl with long pink brades...... do better. I was on long flights all day got into STL late needed a bite and to get some sleep and this pissed me off.

The service was fine, but the food was really bad. I couldnt eat the fries despite them being fresh out of the fryer. They didnt taste seasoned and they were incredibly greasy and oily. The buger tasted good but it was too much for me to finish. I felt gross after eating half of the burger and had to stop. I love burgers and fries, but this was rough. For $12 I expect more.

Drive thru is so ungodly slow. I waited 30 minutes on a doordash order in line and another 10 minutes at the window. They don't start making the food until you get to the window and will just ignore dashers or mobile orders at a certain point. Overall an awful place
