I have been here for an hour, it's a Friday night at 3:40am I got here at 2:30am I find this ridiculous. I have not gotten my food yet, very disappointed. There seems to be more than enough workers, I saw at least 3 at the window alone but they don't seem to be doing anything.

Store is either very short on staff or just externaly slow. Accidentally entered the wrong lane to pick up a delivery and instead of just letting me have the order they refused to give it to me and made me drive back around and get in line once again (for another 45 minutes) to wait on the order!

I was in a rush just getting in from the airport so I stopped by here. The lady on the speakerphone was very nice and polite and by the time I got up to the window, the food was already made nice fresh and the drink was crisp. thank you for very much

Went in drive-thru on 01/21/2025, around 1:20 pm. Day shift is horrible. They donāt cook your food to your asking and have horrible attitudes. From the female taking the orders to the guy at the window whom seems irritated by you inquiring about your order. And the chicken had a bad odor and when you bit into it, itās spoiled!!!!

Cassie was so helpful at the speaker! She recommended certain menu items that lead to all my passengers ordering combos and funnel fries ! I drove to this location twice in a week 20 miles from my residence. The food was SO FRESH.

Went last night and the employee was VERY RUDE especially an employee of the name of Keana, was very unprofessional. Sat for 20 mins with only 1 person ahead of me. Gave me a watery shake. If I could negative 5 star I would.

I've been going to this same rallys since i was in middle school and when I tell you them women up there make that restaurant WORK!!! Food is good and fresh every time. i've maybe had 1 messed up order in the entirety that I've come up there and that was a miscommunication on my end that they were more than accommodating and understanding in helping me. Please don't sleep on this location because i've driven around and I've yet to continue to be pleased by the Natural Bridge location Rallys fr
They are so friendly here , food is always top notch and staff keeps up well with fast paced drive through. This particular place is my favorite Rally's in the St Louis area Thanks for always being there and friendly

This place is one of the worst places in St. Louis. They are always closed after midnight . With workers inside and donāt want to take orders.They just take door dash/pick up. They pick when they want to take orders. They want put a lane close sign or arm at the entrance of the regular order lane..I donāt understand. Then they want you back up on a carve. This is so inconvenient. It make me not ever want to go to rallies. Can some one from the home office please comment back on this issue because it just makes no sense.please help to understand this practices. This is on 09/27 24. At 230am. Just sad. If you open take the orders. If you close . Turn the lights out. If you just taken door dash orders . Then close the lain with an automatic drop arm. So people can stop driving up to place an order and be told they closed.
