Just ordered a chicken sandwich and it was beyond overcooked. Like biting into a hockey puck. Service was alright, but the food was disappointing. I feel like all the fast food on Page is this level of quality anymore and it's better to spend the gas money to go all the way up to the Rock Road.

The service lady was nice but the food was horrible! Our burgers were COLD and the chicken patty was BEYOND OLD! Like why would a human ever serve something that old to a person knowing YOU wouldnt even eat it! Rallys just need to close all STL locations atp! Or replace these workers with ROBOTS!! We rather deal with them!

I Went here at 2:15 in the afternoon, which at most places can be hit or miss. They knocked it out of the park with fries so hot I had to let them cool off and a Big Buford that was delicious. Juicy tomatoes, hot burger patties, just perfect

I just went through the drive thru and ordered 2 tpain meals. Shakeela took my order and was rude at the speaker and both windows. She would not give us sauce for the chicken even tho my receipt says she put us down for bbq. She said they cost 75 cents each even if it's supposed to be included, it literally said bbq sauce on my receipt. She was just super rude the whole time! I couldn't even eat my burger, it was like they put half a salt shaker on it. I had a really burger not long ago and it did not taste like that! I don't know what's going on there tonight, but it ain't quality food, good service, or even getting what you paid for.

Definitely calling the health department on this place. I purchased two spicy chicken double plus some food for my wife. I bit into one of the chicken sandwiches and instantly noticed a googy texture. I examined the sandwich. These people gave me two raw chicken patties on both my sandwiches. I called the restaurant several times. No answer. I did some research and found a 800 number called the number all these people could offer me is a refund for two chicken sandwiches. After eating raw meat unknowingly i lost my appetite including my spouse. Just pathetic

I just walked to the rallys close to my house the employees both (2) were outside they seen me walk up there i was ready to place my order nobody came til 5-10 mins later food was hot but they didnt give all the money back as in the change that was owed an they said that “they dont have receipt paper” but yet just printed out my receipt balled it up an threw it in the trash i asked for the receipt when i got my food cause either way when they give you change back or the food you order theres supposed to be a receipt so i asked for my exact change they said “we dont have $ bills at this damn place” service is terrible they need new employees up there i highly recommend dont go to that one unless they get new employees an more “receipt paper” the way the man took the money out my hand made it seem as if they was COMPLETELY BROKE like had no money in the register i worked as a cashier but i made sure my customers would want to come back i give this store not even half a star they get NO stars from me if i was a option yall can get sued for stealing people money or trying to be sneaky with they money the man had put something in his pockets but i couldnt tell what it was cause i was watching my back cause of the cars pulling in then they also dont have the walk up window open at all which would make it easier for people who walk to jus go inside to order instead of having to worry bout getting hit by a car me im pregnant that wouldve been smart to have those doors open
