Everytime I go to this one the workers are rude.... advertise there ice-cream and never have ice cream it's a joke !!!

12/9 update: ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger, but it only came with Swiss. It was good, but it wasn't what I ordered. Ordered mozzarella sticks through the app as well, and when I got there they did not have them. The nice woman at the window exchange that out for Philly cheese steak bites, and those were pretty good. I think that's just a glitch where the app doesn't get updated if they run out of food, so probably not the fault of the employees at the store, but poor app design.

lobby closed not open don't waste my time

Half the time they aren’t open, it’s 11am and the staff don’t show up?? when they are open the staff is rude and only takes DoorDash orders? Or if they do take your order you have to run on the opposite side to pick it up? This happens all the time

Pick up is on the other side very inconvenient when there’s only one person in the car they aren’t very friendly, when you pick up you have to drive around to the other side, even though they can easily give you the order. Some dirty guy came to the window and he went and got my order. This place is slow and I don’t know how clean they are on the inside, but I will be sure to go to a different location. For this place to be in the neighborhood that it’s in you’d think that they’d do better but I guess the owners don’t really care as long as they make their money.

Consistently terrible service, regardless of shift. It is a regular occurrence at this location for staff to randomly shut down operations for random amounts of time (20 minutes to an hour) for vague and unconvincing reasons. Likely just a management issue of refusing to properly staff, but regardless - avoid if you want timely and consistent experiences.
