I had a terrible experience at this Rally’s. I received the wrong order (two All Americans instead of one All American and one plain double cheeseburger). When I returned one to get the correct item, the manager refused to fix it, insisting I had eaten the double — even though I clearly had the wrong burger in hand. I explained multiple times that my husband couldn’t eat it due to the condiments, but she kept arguing and refused a refund or replacement. She said she was the manager and no one else could help. I wasn’t asking for extra food — just the right order. Between this, the dirty restaurant, and consistently poor service, I won’t be returning to this or any Rally’s again.

Very fast food. Delicious burger, crisp sprite, but the fries were hit or miss. Some were delicious while others were extremely oily and offputting. Didn't have hotdogs on a tuesday

This place never fails to disappoint. Due to the consistently poor quality of food, poor quality of service and generally underwhelming experience overall, I had stopped coming here. It had been about six months since I had been here, so I decided to give it a shot. I will now permanently take my business elsewhere, and I recommend anyone reading this review (and all the other recent ones directly beneath mine) do the same. Having the owner respond with "contact us at rally.com" over and over again without any measurable increase in quality or service does little to help me believe that the owner actually cares - evidently the profit margin is still there so why care if the money is still OK. Never again. I had a single meal order, and this place still managed to screw it up. Just go down the road to Jack in the Box.

Rally's used to be exciting and bursting with flavor. Now, it's really ho-hum. Got a lemonade with no ice and it tasted like it was topped off with dirty water. I poured that out at the window. The fries were blistering hot overcooked disappointments. The burgers were lukewarm, pancake flat and very "blah." I guess back to driving past, remembering they were once really good.

My sister and I came to rallys on 9-12-24 on Lindell Ave we sat in line for 10 min then they told us it was door dash only it was only 8:30 needless to say we didn't get any food while we were stuck in line for 15 more min. Not professional at all

At 12:30pm and was told they were only taking door dash orders while three of the employees were outside smoking….. ?ummmmn okay, rally missed out on a big order either because it wasn’t door dash or there employees didn’t want to work. I’ll be happy when all the fast food companies go AI.
