Before proceeding to the voice box too order for the cashier to speak with a very rude tone, it will be about 15 to 20 minutes before they start taking any more orders I tried to speak with her and she said again with a straight rude voice again that My order wasn't going to be talking? this location was Lindell and Vandervender St Louis Missouri .Parking: Terrible's terrible service, not only that the drive-thru was flooded from the sewage backup so the cars were setting literally in water

After five years away, trying bthis location again and again disappointed. The so call value meal Bacon cheddar crisp meal with five chicken bites and fries, The burger was sloppy as hell the bites were alright and fries mediocre. Done never ever again. $5.48, another thing that bothers me about this location is that, they never have change. They want your credit card more so than cash, scam alert.

It's was sooooo nasty! The food was cold old and gross. The guy that took the order was really nice and polite ? but it was dirty on the inside and the foor was the worst Rallys I ever had! I live in Kansas City Missouri but I'm from Detroit Michigan so St Louis food is the closest I'll get to home, anytime I take that 4hour drive to St Louis I have to have Rally's! Well after the last 3 times I had to write a review and this will be my last and final time ever trying Rally's outside Detroit Michigan! No one ate any of the food! 62.00 donated??♀️

The worst excuse of a rally's I have ever seen in my life, for the past week I have gone there on my lunch break, they are supposed to open at ten and when I got there at 10:30 multiple days including today, the lady comes on the intercom and says "we aren't opening". What do the employees do? Come into work and don't open the store, so they can get paid and not actually have to work. Needs a complete new set if employees, if it was my place I would fire every lazy pos in the place, not a single one of them is worth even 1 dollar an hour!!!!!!!!!

The employees at this location are AMAZING! Can’t nobody tell me different. They were polite, patient, helpful, communicative, and efficient. I got delicious hot fries and tasty burgers that were assemble with care. Rally’s is gonna be my go-to for fast food at a fair price.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The late shift if awful! Sat in line for an hour And food took so long. Service was absolutely dreadful. Clearly no manager and if there is then the manager needs to be fired. Everybody on the night shift of December 31st through January 1st needs to be fired. Terrible services. The line did not move for over an hour. Just dreadful. They were back there playing and not preparing the food. I will be contacting corporate about this location. I have never felt so disrespected and annoyed by a fast food establishment.

Wish I could give a zero. Ordered online only to pull up and watch staff inside using vape pens and then cussing and yelling at each other. After pulling up to window for an online order I had four employees look at me an walk away. Sat in line for 45 min. Watching staff laugh, vape, and argue while I was waiting on food. Then they thought they were funny after asking three times what I had ordered to drink they mixed sprite, and dr.pepper together
