Rude employees all the way around. The slowest service everrrrrrr. I will not waste my money or time ever again! Also workers were outside smoking and chilling while im waiting for my order and I didn't see one person was their hands! Pants we're falling down to the ground. Lady slammed the window in my face!!! I called for the manger but no one answered the phone.

The automated system to take orders is a flop ,messes up the orders..but the 2 ladies working are fantastic ,,they deserve a bonus and a raise. Very kind with a smile on their faces,,thc u ladies

The Grubhub order was ready soon after I arrived to pick up and deliver. This Rally's was a way more pleasant experience than the Rally's on South Jefferson at Lynch.
