A group of usually visit twice a month, but after our last experience with GABE, we will no longer be coming here, unfortunately. He was so rude and unprofessional, and he mocked us in baby talk while we tried to address our concerns with him. He then decided to just not wait on us, but he never told us or anyone else that, so we had to seek out another server (Noah, amazing) to assist us. Gabe’s condescending conversations and lack of hospitality just lost us as customers. In fact, we called the rest of our group that night and told them not to come because of how he treated us. We’ve always had Sugar and Noah at other visits, and they were always amazing, but Gabe ruined that for us.
I’ve been to Ranoush a few times, usually late at night, and it’s always been a solid spot for decent food and hookah. Last night I ordered the mixed grill, and as usual, the food was consistent and enjoyable.
That said, the service this time left a bad impression. My server seemed flustered, which I didn’t mind as long as the food came out. The issue came when I was closing my tab—she gave me a different total than expected, and since I was tired I just paid. When I later asked for the receipt (for an expense report), I noticed she had added a tip without asking me. That’s extremely shady behavior, especially since I would have tipped her well regardless.
I’ll be back again because the food and vibe are good, but I hope I don’t run into the same situation with this server in the future.

Food was absolutely delicious and seasoned amazingly, but slightly spendy. Everything was good and seating was comfortable, however because the chairs are a plush velvet they kinda pick up a lot of stains and grime. Doesn’t necessarily detract from the overall experience tho.
