One of the bad experiences that I have it me and my wife , so we came to the palace today , the waiter she wasn’t unwelcoming, she just get water and get the menu and she disappears,anyway we did order the food and I told her please without any salt on my food bc it supposed to be fresh (that’s what she said ) and then when she went to tell the chef he start laughing so I told her get the chef bc I hear him laughing on what I said , he came no hair net no beard net and he said no I didn’t laugh and he had that red face , and then the food finally came, kebbeh frozen , falafel frozen not fresh at all , the rice was alright , the lamp it’s like you eat a gum , and they charge us 25$ extra for the waiter , which she didn’t do anything she just disappeared, (personally I will never come back to the place )

A little bland/under seasoned for my tastes, but still pretty dang good. I've had their garlic bread, Arayes, Kalaj, and Baklava. I'll give them another shot sometime and hopefully have better results.

This food is AMAZING!!! Friendly server, beautiful atmosphere. Inside/ outside seating areas.
Dietary restrictions: My wife has Alpha Gal so we can't just eat anywhere. Checked with the server and they keep the chicken away from mammalian food.
Parking: Free parking lots, trolley service in the area
Kid-friendliness: There is a hookah lounge inside but it doesn't affect the restaurant side

The restaurant was short-staffed but they did an excellent job of providing great service. Anyway. All of the food was great, especially recommend the chicken shawarma. One small detail is the cloth napkins were not very clean and I did in fact find a hair on one of them. Just a small detail wouldn't prevent us from wanting to be back.
