The food was superb. I love a tasting menu where I don't have to make decisions because I end up finding amazing flavors I might not have chosen on my own. I found the rating aspect to be fun and different. We met the owner, Jewan Rice, who was so charming and welcoming. It's definitely a splurge but the price includes tip and it was my birthday, so there.

Awesome place, very small, maybe holds 45 people. The concept is very unique in how they ask you to rate each dish, and then use that feedback to make the dish better for the next week. Each menu/Theme is called a chapter. The service was great, the overall experience was great. I will say it was expensive, but it's not a light meal, you definitely talk away full.
