It takes a special kind of experience for me to write a review, but Amy M, forced my hand. Wow she was phenomenal. Not only was her section packed but she handled everyone with: efficiency, politeness, and grace. A truly lovely meal. I’ve had my fair share of red lobster and from a service standpoint this was by the far the best experience I have ever had. Aside from the service the food was, hot, fresh, and delicious. The biscuits were on point as usual and I have to say I will be back soon with an experience like the one my fiancé and I had tonight!

Bad service. May have just been our waitress. Never brought drinks, I had to ask for them and never came for refills. Not sure what sauce they use for coleslaw but it left a horrible after taste, not your typical coleslaw. Meat was tuff. Quit going to this place 5 years ago because service and food were bad the last two times I went. Not returning again, only went because my brother and sister insisted. Way over priced for the quality and service.

Waited 20 minutes to leave with a take out order that was sitting there waiting for me when I walked in (potential malfunctioning gift card/reader). Didn’t address the wait at all in anyway. With an empty restaurant you think I could have been out of there a bit quicker.
