The reason for the closure of this restaurant doesn't make sense. I can't control crime outside of my home. It's bad behavior every where. When targeting black peoples going to stop?

I’ve had nothing but Great, And Positive times when going here with my family and friends, it sucks we can’t go there anymore, this was a place we could go and enjoy, violence is everywhere, no matter how many clubs we shut down, it won’t stop as much as we want it to, taking our Communitys escape and our free time makes things worse, #FREEREIGN!

If I could give it a zero I would. The hospitality is horrible they sat us at our table we sat there about a good 10 min before we stop somebody to ask who was going to serve us she said give a her a min to see and we still sitting there for another 10 min still no one came to the table and it a table fool of server just on their phone talking and dancing so we got up and left. And I know nobody didn’t notice us leaving. I will not be back and I am a sever and bartender and that would never happen where I work

MY FIANCÉ AND I WERE TRYING TO GET FOOD AND IT WAS 10am or 12 noon about brunch time. WE WERE GREETED NICELY WITH THE TWO GENTLEMEN IN THE FRONT. SEATING WAS NICE I COULD SEE THE WHOLE PLACE. BUT WE WERE GREETED TWICE BY THE HOOKAH HOST AND BOTH TIMES WE DENIED. THE SERVER ON THE OTHER HAND…………NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. WE EVENTUALLY GOT UP AND JUST LEFT AFTER 40 mins. NO ONE EVEN SAID ANYTHING TO US. NO WATER, NO SERVICE…. Nothing

I came here for a birthday party. The service here is terrible. I don’t care how many people are in your establishment. Your patrons should not have to 30 - 90 minutes for food and drinks! The only way we got any drinks is when my boyfriend went to the bar and got drinks! I had to ask the waitress what is going on. She tells me you can cancel the order if you want to but the wait is going to be another hour to eat!

Live in lofts next door. This place is terrible, patrons driving the wrong way down a one way street then cussing at people like it’s our fault that they’re going the wrong way. Once the security guard tried to close the street behind my building (and reign) saying it was for Reign customers only, lol. When the club is open on the weekends and Tuesdays, can guarantee to hear gunshots at closing time, like last night 8/17/21 gunshots at 1:30 like clockwork. Trash establishment. Should be proud.

The vibe was cool but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I went here two times and the bartender with dreads needs to go she brings the vibe down. She price gauges drinks and throws he tip inside the price of people drinks. She picks what she wants to charge people. I ordered the same exact thing as the man next to us and she charge me and my friend $5 more for each drink that she charged him. She also has a bad attitude every time never good customer service but of course I still tip even though her service is no where near tip worthy because she up charges drinks and pockets the money which I’m sure the owner doesn’t know about!! It took forever to get food also if they run out of booths and you can’t get on the bartenders literally ignore you. They told us you can’t get a server without a booth. We spent 30-40 minutes just trying to get food. Smh unprofessional I expected better
Seafood fries are amazing and the service is the best. The GM is the best he takes good care of everyone here and makes them feel welcome.

I love this beautiful place! I came here for my birthday & fell in love! The employees are very nice & friendly! I had no complaints! I’ll be back for sure! Food was great! The whole place was just laid back, & a great vibe! The swings are amazing! There was one server who got me a shot for my birthday & just made me feel great! & Alex is awesome! My friends & I can’t wait to go back
