I’ve been living here for four years so a week before Christmas my oven went out I talked to Tyler (Manager) and he promised me it would be fixed before the holiday so about a couple days before Christmas Eve he tells me he has the part in the office if I want to come get it 🤔 basically to fix it myself 😒 so Christmas Eve he said the maintenance man would do it at a certain time never did. So I was out of a oven for Christmas and New Years, just got one a couple days ago thanks to the new manager Keisha her first day here I talked to her and told her she got me a new Oven asap and I thank her for that. Also I talked to the maintenance men that put in the new stove and he told me this was the first time he heard about me not having a stove so the manager never told them I needed one 🤦🏾♂️

WHEN I FIRST GOT HERE THINGS WAS A LIL ROCKY BUT WHEN NEW MANAGEMENT CAME IN A FEW MONTHS AGO ALL OF MY PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF SO FAR. WHEN I HAD OR HAVE A PROBLEM THEY COME ASAP AND I LIKE THAT ALOT. TYLER IS VERY HELPFUL PERSON AND HE ALWAYS MAKES SURE THAT ME AND MY BABIES ARE COMFORTABLE IN OUR HOME😍 THANK YOU SO MUCH TYLER WE APPRECIATE YOU BUDDY AND ALSO A BIG SHOUT OUT TO TYREE AS WELL HE MAKES SURE ME AND MY BABIES ARE OKAY 😊 THANKS YOU GUYS😘

I can understand getting a denial letter but to be told by a person who assumed my stubs was not real and I have all the proof including federal documents. This property manager Brad was very rude and unprofessional. My company tried to reach out to him and only thing he said was I know how ADP stubs looks and clearly he does not. Its ok to be told no but to defame a persons character by calling them verbatim a scammer and talked to as if you was abanimal was down right disgusting Brad. And we will be taking this further to corporate.
No complaints whatsoever. If things need to be fixed it's done immediately. They have good managers who are concerned about you and respectful. Tyler Sellers is awesome. Before Tyler there was Chad. These two are good people I am pleased
