I’ve been living here for four years so a week before Christmas my oven went out I talked to Tyler (Manager) and he promised me it would be fixed before the holiday so about a couple days before Christmas Eve he tells me he has the part in the office if I want to come get it 🤔 basically to fix it myself 😒 so Christmas Eve he said the maintenance man would do it at a certain time never did. So I was out of a oven for Christmas and New Years, just got one a couple days ago thanks to the new manager Keisha her first day here I talked to her and told her she got me a new Oven asap and I thank her for that. Also I talked to the maintenance men that put in the new stove and he told me this was the first time he heard about me not having a stove so the manager never told them I needed one 🤦🏾♂️
