We came in late from a Route 66 drive 😊we arrived about a half hour before kitchen closed. They made sure we were all set no matter what!! They were all so nice, food was hot and yummy. Drinks were strong and a perfect way to end our night! Great experience ❤

Went for breakfast on 5/31. The place was pretty empty with only a few tables occupied. We were told the bar is not first come first serve which was okay with us and we waited to be seated at the bar. Once we sat, the manager lady on duty that morning was so rude to her staff that was trying to accommodate all the guests as they were clearly understaffed. That made my partner and I feel very uncomfortable as we were watching them argue behind the bar.
We also watched at least 4 customers walk away because the manager wouldn’t allow them to sit at the bar even though there were lots of empty chairs. Very uncomfortable and I don’t think this lady should be in the hospitality industry. Food was average. Never going back. Love St. Louis though and visit all the time.

The dining area is beautiful and the setting was perfect for date night! Gives upscale to the downtown city life. The crab cake was delicious!

Stopped by for drinks. The bartender was very good and was running the whole place like a well oiled machine. I'm sure she could benefit from some extra help, but even with the post ballgame rush, she got it done with class and style.

Me and my wife went here for nye, they were put of everything. There was only one server serving 9-10 tables she was also the bartender. It was understaffed and the chicken burger was soaked with oil we didn't eat a piece. Very disappointed at the service and food for the expensive price. Not.to mention we had to wait 15mins to be seated in a quiet empty night

Very disappointed at their NYE service. Short staffed and almost all the menu items were “not available” disappointed. We waited 15 minutes to be seated

Burger, sweet potato fries as well as regular fries and crab cake sliders were all very good. Will return. Bartender/wait staff (a woman) was excellent.

The food was great! The drinks were also good. I enjoyed the ambiance and ended up going for both breakfast and dinner. Try the tomato soup and grilled cheese.. it is like no other. Usually, hotel restaurants are over priced and bland… nope not this place. It was really good! I was also impressed because my wait staff was SO attentive.

My husband and I were in St. Louis for a little weekend stay. Things were going great until our breakfast this morning. They were extremely shorthanded and it took 45 minutes to get our breakfast which came out cold, ill prepared and not as described as on the menu. What made it worse was people who came in after us were getting their food before us. A table with a family walked out due to the fact that their breakfast was not coming out in a timely manner. They had waited 35 - 40 minutes as well.

The server was not to blame. He was busting his butt to get things done but was literally held captive by poor management from the GM down. If you cannot get things done to help your team or figure this out you are in the wrong business.

We ourselves have been in the restaurant industry for years. We would never have let this happen to our staff or our guests.

We will stay at the hotel because it was convenient and clean but we will not dine at their restaurant unless something changes.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant but was looking for something more romantic for our anniversary. Did not realize when we made dinner reservations, this was the bar/restaurant off the hotel lobby. Food was delicious, grilled pork chop was amazing, table server was rushed, but friendly enough.
