Extremely bland food, atmosphere and flavors. The whole restaurant is “beige” and that vibe can be felt throughout the whole dining experience. Price point is very high per person for what you get. I’m not sure about all the high stars as there are a lot of price comparable restaurants in St. Louis with a lot more flavor/flair/appropriate portion size. We wouldn’t rush back, however the puffed rice dish was very unique - that was the only standout for us.
So first off I will say the service was fantastic, our waiter was great the whole night. The restaurant is small, and the tables are too close together for comfort. You feel like you are sitting right on top of other diners. I would say the food was good, and if it was not for the $75 prix fixe menu I would rate it higher, but for what we got, I expected better. Went there yesterday for my birthday. First time visiting this place. Found them on instgram. They definitely are living up to the grams hype. Very elevated dishes. Asethically pleasing to the eye!! And even though the dishes were smaller than im used to, it was delicious. We had asparagus, pork schnitzel, icebox cake and more. Our server Damien made sure we had the best time . What I really love is the fact there menu changes every 6 weeks. Go check em out.
