Out of buns and pickles and tomatoes, didn't tell us when we ordered. Still $12, no apologies

Sooooo incredibly slow. We keep giving them another shot because we enjoy the patio.but we consistently wait over an hour for food here.

I ordered a burger on a gluten free bun. Have celiac. 99% sure they gave me a regular bun. Would not recommend.

Excellent! I loved the burger and beer, but the staff was amazing. I forgot my reading glasses and my arms were too short to read the menu so the bartender handed me his glasses. Great place to visit.

During my recent trip to Saint Louis, I had the opportunity to visit several breweries, and unfortunately, Rockwell Beer Company ranked quite low on my list. Despite the buzz around it, the experience was underwhelming for several reasons.
First, the food was neither unique nor particularly impressive. I was expecting something that would stand out, but it felt more like standard pub fare. Similarly, the beer selection left much to be desired. Many of the brews had a "store-bought" quality, lacking the fresh, craft feel you'd expect from a brewery. Their citrus-based beers, in particular, were disappointing — not even served with an orange, which could have added at least a touch of excitement.
On top of that, the ambiance was marred by annoyances. Every time someone moved a chair, it created a screeching sound reminiscent of a harpy. It was incredibly distracting and made for a less-than-relaxing experience. To add to the disappointment, the setup requires patrons to pick up their own food and clean off their tables, which made it feel more like a casual visit to your parents' house than a true brewery experience.
In contrast, Bluewood Brewing easily took the top spot on my brewery tour. The food, beer, and atmosphere there were exceptional, making Rockwell’s shortcomings all the more noticeable. If you're in Saint Louis and want a top-notch brewery experience, I highly recommend skipping Rockwell and heading straight to Bluewood Brewing.

We love Rockwell! Have been coming here a while - great food, beer and service - but wanted to review because we brought our dog and they were so welcoming & attentive with water.
I visited Rockwell on June 21, 2024, and had a troubling experience with the staff. During my first order, I clearly stated and spelled out my name as "Jay"—J-A-Y. Despite this, the staff member wrote "Chay" on my receipt.
Initially, I thought this might have been an honest mistake. However, during my second order, without even asking my name, the staff member wrote "Chang" on the receipt. This pattern of behavior seems intentional and suggests a lack of respect for my name and identity.
I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent similar experiences for other Asian patrons in the future.
Update: I spoke with the director or operations, and he promised that similar incidents will not recur in his business.

Good beer. So-so food. Industrial setting.
Beer good. Call call
I was at Rockwell Beer Company recently to celebrate my cousin's birthday. I don't drink, so I can't comment on the beer. The food, however, was good! I enjoyed The Rockwell burger along with the llama fries. The bacon jam on the burger was a tasty touch. I did enjoy the fries, but they might have had even too much sauce on them. Half of them got soggy before I could finish them, and I had to use a fork. They were most tasty, just messy. The building was cool and there were lots of TVs for enjoying sports. I'd definitely come back!
Such a nice spot with great beer. It's a great place to gather a group of coworkers for a happy hour after work. Seating accommodates this well.
