I work around the corner and tend to order pick up from here. I like the smoothies - but every time I order and I get to the place they tell me they don't have it. Today, I ordered food for pick up and it was supposed to be ready by 10:28. I got there at 10:45 and was told my food wasn't ready. At 10:56 I asked how much longer it would be. I was then told they didn't have the smoothie I ordered so I exchanged it. Then a different staff member told me they couldn't find my ticket in the kitchen. A third staff member asked me for my order and it turns out it was in the front the entire time. So, I got my food 20 minutes later and COLD. I will not be back
I was in Rooster twice before and liked it a lot. And I decided to introduce it to my friend today. And the food was awful. My crepe was not tasty at all. My friend said that his biscuits and gravy was the worst he had ever eaten. Rooster potatoes were awful taste as well. When my friend paid , and there was a question if he liked the service, the server said that he didn't have to write anything. People come to the restaurant to eat decent food. It is not free. Very dissappointed.

Cute setup but service was terrible! Alina H was our waitress. Someone else filled up our drinks and brought our food. The food came fast once we ordered but just a long wait for everything. If you come here just plan on being there for a while.

Pricey for breakfast but definitely a good place. Better to come here when it’s not busy.

I have been going to Roosters since it opened. Stopped in for breakfast yesterday and I was just as pleased as ever. Great staff. Food was off the charts. Had to work so I didn't get a Bloody Mary, next time for sure they are great!

The wait staff here have no etiquette, and their reviews confirm that many customers face the same issues: unprofessional attitudes and awkward service. It was a complete waste of time and money, and it spoiled my mood.
This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. The owner is clearly aware of these problems but refuses to address them. Frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business.

We enjoyed our food it was very good. Our waiter was friendly. Our table was right next to the drink station and it was very close to the table. The placement of the table was distracting and uncomfortable.

Great place to stop in for breakfast/brunch. Visiting from Tennessee and glad we stopped in. I’m giving four stars because the biscuits and gravy were peppered down and the biscuits weren’t giving traditional southern biscuits and gravy. The potatoes were a bit over salted as well. Everything else was great. The pancakes were probably the best I’ve ever had.

This week, manager Sam, a bit rude considering we arrived before any crowd. Alena, fantastic as she filled voids around the room with a smile and grace. John, a "Jack of all trades" - great personality - and filling needs. Finally, Logan, busing tables-thank you always! Food - our fave bfast or brunch, always tops

Such a cool place and the food was excellent but as for service it was not good at all...take that back the guy that brought us our food was great and so was the guy clearing the tables but as for the girl that was our waitress? Not good, after being seated with menus and water we waited over 10 minutes for her to come back and take our order and beyond that we were on our own, tried to catch her attention even yelling out "excuse me" when she was at the next table taking there order and she said she didn't hear us ...had to literally go up to her and ask for a container and the check. Wish we had the other waitress since we could see how attentive she was to her tables...asked for a manager was told there wasn't one there.
