Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the food because back to back days when trying to go there to eat they would not serve us. Day one got there 30 minutes before closing time so we were disappointed but understood when they said they would not service us. Day two got there 55 minutes before closing time. At first we were told they were not taking any to go orders so we said OK we’ll sit down and eat. They then came back and said well we’re not really serving in the restaurant either. We’re out of most of our food items anyways.

Ordered iced coffee and scrambled eggs with zucchini, tomatoes, red onion, arugula, and mushrooms on potatoes. I waited a long time coffee, well after I got my food. There was one tomato, about 5 leaves of arugula, and (no lie) a single tiny slice of mushroom. There was also a random bean and some egg shells. They didn’t apologize or offer a discount, and got annoyed with me when I took 5 seconds to decide whether I should take up their offer to heat up more tomatoes because they failed to mention that there was no more mushrooms and arugula when I ordered. I was asked to pay early because of a shift change. On my way out no one said thank you or goodbye, even after looking me dead in the face. I was polite and tipped well. I have no idea why they treated me that way. Would not recommend.

No wait to be seated. The server took several minutes to come to our table. It took almost an hour to get our food. We were there for 80 minuets total and only saw our server three times. Once at the very begining to take our order, once 10 minutes after our meal came out (50 minuets from the first time), and once to pay the check. I suspect the only reason he came to us the last time was because he saw we were standing and ready to go. I could not wait to leave.

The vegan slider was gross in my opinion, I agree with the other reviews saying it had no flavor the vegan gravy particularly. I will not be going back

Full disclosure, we were there during the lunch rush but there were plenty of open tables, and they did not seem overwhelmed at all.

Two stars because my wife like her breakfast burrito.

We had always heard how delicious the breakfast and drinks were but, always ran out of time when heading back home. We had planned to just do it this time and SO HAPPY WE DID! Our waiter Brandon was Top Notch! He made it such a wonderful experience! He beat us to anything we might need it!The Food was DELICIOUS! We will add extra time every trip we go now! Thanks for making it such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE 🥰

I got a room temperature latte and a slow, room temperature server which kept the experience from being five star. Plus there were finger prints in the sauce at the edge of my plate. Not sure if they were from the chef or the waitress, but I hate sending food back, so I just avoided that part of my meal.

I wish servers would go back to bringing plates on trays instead of trying to balance multiple plates on their forearms and wrists. It's not sanitary to have someone's eggs or pancakes brushing up against your chest or sleeves. It's not sanitary for them to have their fingers in your plate; servers touch everything. Glasses, cleaning rags, credit cards, cash, chairs, doors, bottles of ketchup and hot sauce that every other patron has also touched .... and when was the last time you actually saw a server wash their hands?

I ate there with a friend last Thursday. The server, Hugh, was knowledgeable and helpful, and we took his recommendations and ordered the Bacon Scramble, and the Zucchini Scramble. Delicious!

Then, a week later when I was submitting my expense report for my trip, I realized I had lost my receipt. I had the approximate data and time, and called the restaurant chain and left a message to ask for a duplicate receipt. I got a call back within a minute, with the receipt emailed to me 30 seconds later. Now that is service I rarely experience these days! Well done Bailey's Restaurant group!

I will def be back here. My girlfriend ordered the stuffed French toast and the bite I tried was oh so good. I had ordered the pork slinger. Let me tell you I cannot wait to go back and get more food...the drinks were good too the chocolate bar mocha and the matcha mint both good for what they are.
recommend but larger people the chairs aren't the comfiest, next time I'll be on the bench maybe lol.

Overall great experience. Staff is friendly, prompt, very family friendly environment. My only complaint is the gravy wasn’t the traditional breakfast gravy. The potato’s were delicious. Would definitely eat here again.

My husband and I ordered food at 9:15 am online was told it would be ready at 9:38am. I get to the restaurant at 9:45 am to pick up the food to be told it would take an additional 30 minutes.

The man at the front insisted we just placed the order and would have to wait. I showed him a screen shot of the order we placed, and he came up with every excuse as to why our order wasn’t ready. Sadly, we left without food.
