If you are visiting the CWE area and want to get drinks for affordable prices with excellent staff, this is your place. The neighbors are super friendly, and the bartenders are chatty!
For parking, you have street parking, and some of them are paid depending on the hours, so beware and read the signs, or else you may get a citation.

The elderly manager lady stared us down and rolled her eyes at us when we said hello. Extremely rude. We come here several times a week as a group after class. The bartenders are awesome. The “manager” lady is a psychopath.

I knew the owners of this place. Rose and Tony. My grandma took me down there when I was two. She ran a run down apt complex right next to there. I can’t believe it is still there. Rose and Tony would come to my house for holidays. I will be visiting there soon. It was a nice little dive bar the last time I was there. I worked at the west and cafe. I think rose and Tony were still alive at that point. Like 30 years ago. Love them and I loved this little bar.

I visited St Louis and my uncle brought me to his local bar Rosie's Place. We went 2 nights and it's great place. The Atmosphere was pleasant and the bartender Mike was very nice.I'll definitely return when I visit again in the spring.
