Rouge Bistro didn’t disappoint The food was delicious 😋 I order rouge wings caesar salad and fries.. The staff was amazing..Nice and clean great for date nights or ladies night Definitely be returning..

Really enjoyed my food, however we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time yet service was slow and there was a large gap between the first meal and the last meal being brought to the table. Additionally our waters were not refilled til nearly all the food was delivered. From the beginning of the experience until the end service was very slow.

I had hopes for the Rouge. This was my second time eating here and I will say the food and drinks are underwhelming. The manager was the bartender and a server. I mean ok you gotta do what you gotta do. The Mac and cheese… the recipe must have changed. I couldn’t keep eating it, no taste whatsoever. The wings were barely warm, almost cold. Thank god they were only a dollar on this particular day. They need a standard lemon drop recipe. Been there 3 times for drinks and each time my drink tastes different and not worth the price. When they first opened, the food was delicious, not sure what’s going on. I visited recently around December 17th 2024. I may come in the future if I see the reviews start to change.

Rouge Bistro is a hidden gem! The food was absolutely amazing, especially the wings—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The drinks were just as incredible, with great flavors and presentation. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you're in St. Louis, this spot on Olive St. is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back!
