The food is outstanding. The flavors are so delicious such that you encounter the flavor with every bite as if it was the first bite. Quite mesmerizing and unforgettable. Parvez is an incredible cook and he pours genuine love into his food such that it is palpable.

The service is very hospitable; it feels like visiting close family members. We will definitely return many times when we are in the St. Louis area.

Not good English speakers but the food itself is very authentic. Ordered lamb shank plate and the lamb meat just peels off like how the Americans talk about rib bones. Very very great food. Not great dine in but food itself is worth it. Alhamdulillah!

Service is a issue primarily because the server was an elderly lady who did not understand English.

I’m not too sure how much English is spoken here, but I think if you speak Arabic, you’ll be okay. The Gyro sandwich did not have as much meat as shown on the menu picture, but it had a good taste.

I love to support neighborhood restaurants and have ordered from here in the past via DoorDash several times. But I was disappointed today. The chicken kabob is very tasty. The salad used to be really nice. They've decided to add dill sandwich pickles to the salad. Why? That is just weird. They used to use a magenta saffron in their rice. Now it's orange, which is totally fine. But I was looking at it sideways after seeing Velveeta packaging in their restaurant and was wondering why the rice didn't seem like saffron was the used ingredient.

Today was the first day I actually went to pick up my order. The most upsetting thing about my visit was that my meal was $14.99. When the man rung me up he charged my card $18.99. The menu was right there on the counter with the prices listed. I asked him about it and he said taxes increased the price. I pushed further and he tried to give me a $1 from the tip jar because I called out his dishonesty Tax isn't 25% plus last time I checked. I just told him to keep it. If you need to steal $4 in exchange for losing future business, just take it because that's the last dollar you'll get from me.

Dishonesty in this way is super disappointing. Times are tough for people, but that wasn't ok. I won't be back. I was so happy when they opened up and didn't want to write a bad review. But maybe by doing so they won't pull that mess in the future.

Amazing food in a spot that you would never notice. The food is worth the drive. The prices are very reasonable for the portions given. There is a lot of love in this food.

Really good place, and the food is amazing. Even though the wait time on the food is a little long but it's well worth your wait.

Prominent local Iranian food and always come here to eat an authentic meal. The owner of the place is extremely well mannered and provides excellent hospitality. Always had a pleasant experience whether it was dine-in or takeout/catering.

Wonderful find!

Ever sit down to eat and truly enjoy every bite? That was my experience tonight at the Royal Kabob. Entering the shop, we were immediately greeted with the smell of delicious spices and pastries in the glass display cabinet.

Our waitress spoke little English but managed to communicate that she spoke Russian. We learned that this was a Turkistan restaurant and the waitress was from there also.

This place was wonderful! I highly recommend you going and trying the incredible flavors.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entry is zero entry and there is table seating available. However, we only saw street parking, so it may be difficult to get to the sidewalk to enter the building (because of the curb.)
