I used to come here every single day for years, then I started getting it via Uber eats, all fine. Recently I've been getting smoothies that are blended into basically water and everything has gotten more expensive. I don't mind a price increase, but a quality decrease at the same time is pretty bad. I'm not too sure what happened as this used to be my favorite place in STL, but I'd say avoid it until whatever is figured out.

I signed up for their rewards program and it has been worth it because they send promotions. The menu has many different smoothies and bowls. You can get a smoothie to drink or a bowl of the same ingredients. I like how they categorize everything by what you might need that day: protein, refreshing, energy boost, etc. Everything tastes fresh and really good. The space is very small with two seats so you should just order, pick up, and go. It is usually not busy but if there are more than 3-5 people ahead of you it feels crowded and the wait time goes up fast. It is what you expect at a smoothie bowl place.

When one of the employees tells you , you're supposed to pay for something you've never paid for before in three years, things will get testy. I won't be back.

Green RX smoothie was bland & watery.
Like a green-colored ice slushy.
Blended ice with none of the silkiness of avocado or sweetness of mango. Just green.
Believe the reviews: poor service. Only one other person in shop, I was told to wait 5 minutes before ordering. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Took far too long. They had one person doing everything and they clearly needed more training. They should not have allowed that person to operate the place on their own yet as they were woefully under prepared for it. When we came in it was nearly dead. A few people waiting for their orders. Each order took far too long. We gave up after 45 min. The couple before us probably waited an hour. After barely any progress more people started steaming in and she kept taking all the orders instead of finishing the one she started. Eventually all the new customers got fed up and started cancelling. It's just a smoothie bowl. It shouldn't take 30 min to make one.

The protein balls are delicious. The bowls are not very good. The service is OK. They don't speak food English so it makes it difficult to communicate with them.

Of all the places to get a bowl or smoothie, this one is my favorite. Tons of options.

Clean location, good staff, good customer service. My issue is the product. It was my first time trying Rush Bowls, and the smoothie was icy/watery, and bland. Recommend going up the street to Main Squeeze.
Really good fruit bowls and the Indian girl who works there is super friendly and always welcomes you with a big smile.
