Always understaffed. Takes forever to get your order and orders are not completed in the order of placement. If you order from this place on Uber Eats or DoorDash, plan for it to be done incorrectly. If you order in person, it’ll be a wait, the counters may be dirty, and there will only be one person working the front of house. Lots of potential here but they really need to get it together.

Imma start with the BOWL WAS PHENOMENAL, but the service was piss poor no cap, the lady making my bowl got mad cause I said no froyo, mind you, my transaction of purchasing it wasn’t even complete yet, but she already started makin my order and added froyo already, then state that I can’t get it without froyo, it went left but they eventually made a new one without froyo but had a very nasty attitude, foods great service not some fuccin much ?

The lady was helpful but I paid with cash and she did not wash her hands or use gloves right after she took my payment and went right to making my bowls. I even addressed her she said she's not touching anything or cutting. She did not even take that has a sign to wash her hands. I never seen anything like it. Very weird and unsanitary

It is so nasty in there bunch of gnats and rotten fruit , flies landing on everything. It's stinks in there and their touching the fruit with their bare hands their was gnats in my beach bowl . Glad I didn't eat it had wasted 12 dollars on it better than being sick from eating bacteria please DON'T EAT HERE very nasty ? First Time Here And will never go back to this nasty location You will get sick.....
The professional with a co-worker stinks like nobody's business. I'm glad that I'm going to Kirkwood whose treats customers loyalty and respect.Parking: Parking sucks in that area. I wouldn't recommend it or go by that place ever again.

These bowls are heavenly! Best way to order is online. If you love ice cream but do not want the guilt, this is the way to go. Very filling and healthy. I've had so many different ones, I don't think you can go wrong.
