Had an excellent evening and experience at Ruth’s Chris in the Hyatt Regency. Our server was Jazz. When I tell you that this was 5 star hospitality, I hope you’ll take my word for it. Jazz did a phenomenal job making sure we had everything we needed.

Our server, Charles, was amazing. He took great care of us, even notifying us of a delay with cooking our steak. The porterhouse was cooked more than we requested, but the flavor was good.

Fantastic experience for our first time there! Me and my fiancé were celebrating our engagement and the server and hostess made it feel extra special with flower pedals and drinks! 10/10 experience!
