Honestly I could eat the samosas all day. I even save them and eat them cold for breakfast. There's honestly not much better, especially when combined with the green chutney.

Need more vegetarian dishes with option of no spice...
Elderly people have no spice tolerance.
Only option we had was TADKA DAL and CoftaCurry...
Both were loaded with cream.
For a Waiter assisted upscale restaurant ,Saffron misses the mark on spice level options

Our favorite restaurant in St. Louis. The food is always amazing, the staff are top notch. Our 16 year old daughter will not eat Indian any other place, she's felt let down anywhere else. The owner is a very gracious and genuine person.

My 21-year-old son and I go every Sunday after church. I found them after Flavor of India closed; a restaurant I frequented for over 20+ years until they closed during covid. Saffron is in the small strip mall near Sam's Club. The Chicken Curry, Chicken Tikki Masala, Kheer, and their Mango Kulfi are wonderful! Not to mention the Chai and Garlic Naan. Darn! Now I'm craving Indian food! 😃🍽 The brothers/owners are very nice people and always have a kind word to say. Waters and chai are kept full and dishes cleared away promptly. If you're looking for good food served generously, this is the place!

This is the best Indian food restaurant I have been too in America. The food is incredible good with a real tast of India. The staff is very nice and helpful.
Tried this place for the first time tonight, and it was fantastic. My favorite Indian restaurant of all time was one I found while living in Oregon. I missed their food dearly since moving here, and found Saffron after doing a quick Google search.
It was a bit of a drive from where I live, but so worth it.
The waiter who took my order made sure to get everything perfect for us, and even asked me what spice level I liked. When I told him I have the tummy of a toddler who can't handle spice well, he assured me my food would be good for me. I got the mixed vegetable curry, and it was absolutely delicious. I also HIGHLY recommend the veg pakoora and Tandoori mixed grill.
Took the food to go, but the restaurant looked very clean and inviting.
I love that I have a new found favorite Indian restaurant to get my curry and pakoora fix. And the naan.. oh god was it good!
Thank you for a delicious meal with great portions and prices. Excited that I have leftovers!
Worth the hour drive it took to get there! Will definitely be back!!

We have been waiting to try this place for 2 years and finally got around to doing so. This place does not disappoint. The best samosas I have ever had. The Indo-Chinese part of the menu was what I ordered. The chicken in the dish was so tender and the sauce was perfect. We also had the Tandorri chicken, which was delicious. They gave us a huge serving of rice to go with our entrees. Will definitely return to try other items on this huge menu.

This was our second time visiting this restaurant, and both times we had a terrible experience with the service. The older gentleman taking orders told us, "I'm only taking your order once, and you have to order now because we're closing our kitchen." It was 7:50 PM, and the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM.
We were barely given any time—maybe two minutes at best—to look over the menu. When I asked for a couple more minutes, he flat-out refused, insisting that he was taking the order right now.
So, we quickly ordered a starter and two main courses. While the food tasted good, we had to wait nearly 45 minutes, and our order wasn’t served until 8:40 PM. To make things worse, the starter and main courses arrived almost at the same time, just a couple of minutes apart.
What frustrated us the most was seeing them take dessert orders from other tables at 8:45 PM—long after they rushed us to order.
The food was good, the mango lassi was super sour (mango flavor was not there looks like they blended a lot of yogurt)
but the service was terrible. Since this happened both times we visited, we won’t be going back.
