I sincerely hope this pitiful wrap was due to an employee being stingy and not a chain-wide cheap out. This is the only thing I get here and it’s usually plenty to fill you up. The one I got today is an inch thick and tiny.

The bbq sauces were too sugary and artifical tasting, garbage recipes.

Took my 76 year old father here for his birthday. We had never been before it was amazing. We will definitely be coming back even my 20 year old kids loved it. That’s saying something because we can’t all eat at the same places anymore and here we could. Best BBQ!!!!

Order the three meat plate. Brisket, ribs and chicken wings. The brisket and ribs were basically cold and not fresh. Definitely didnt want to order anything else. First time visiting and highly disappointed.

Ordered brisket Caesar salad among other items. Salad was without brisket and there were no utensils which were also part of ordered. I called and the young lady was very polite and reimbursed me for the salad. I am happy and look forward to eating more delicious food from Salt and Smoke. I've also ordered Christmas brisket from you for 3 years in a row. That shows how I love you. 🥰

OMG….the food at Smoke and Salt is outrageously delicious. The brisket is super tender, the crack Mac and Cheese is fantastic, the cream corn, amazing and the hush puppies with brown butter is absolutely OUTSTANDING. We are only in St. Louis, MO for one night and we hit the lottery eating here. It’s a good thing we don’t live here bc my diet would be a mess with this place. Come and get some of this great food. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m from the Chicagoland area and had many barbecue places this one Tops the chart I can’t even begin so yeah that was it. That was very impressive. BEST Brisket I have ever tasted no sauce needed!
My server, Morgan was absolutely amazing. She was able to help me pick out everything as I was not in the mood to pick anything out and it was off the charts.
The bread muffin thing was amazing very similar to a Brazilian steakhouse cheese bread.
Mac & cheese was incredible and so was the cream of corn .
The crispiness of every single french fry, even with the cheese sauce and everything on it they were still crispy, and that was something to be reckoned with.

My partner and I went recently and wanted to sit with our dog outside. While they were not doing outside seating at the moment, the owner was very gracious and provided us with to go plates and utensils and allowed us to eat our take out outside so we can enjoy the great weather (they just didn't have the staff for outside service that night). The food was so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the brisket, mac and cheese, beef fat fries, wings, as well as their drinks. The person who I'm assuming is the manager even came to check on us and made sure we stayed hydrated. Will be coming back and recommend checking this spot out.
