Unique authentic St Louis smokehouse right across from Busch Stadium. Informal, casual, and generous portions. Had a full rack (dry rub) w/crispy kale salad and smoked bacon beans. Lots of great squeeze bottle sauces at the table. Delicious! Even the popover was perfect. Make you don't miss this place on your next visit to downtown STL.

This is a business that seems to be chronically understaffed, but the staff that's there is doing what they can. Food is good, the service was good. I can't hold it against the staff that the management hadn't put enough people on. There was only one bartender on duty both nigh both nights I stopped in, but the bar was completely packed. There's a huge conference in town, and that accounts for that.
I thought the food was good, I thought the prices were fair, and the selection was abundant. Since I went there twice. I would say that you should probably stop in yourself.

Amazing BBQ with a great atmosphere. I ordered brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis ribs with the brisket chili and creamed corn. Highly recommend any of these options. If I ever make it back this way I'll be visiting again!

The food was fantastic. The ribs fell right off the bone and the pull pork was excellent. I sat at the bar and Sha was an awesome person with plenty of suggestions and a great personality. I'll definitely come here again when im visiting St. Louis.
This was our first visit to Salt and Smoke and we lucked out with our server! Amanda gave us all the best recommendations and gave top notch service! The food was amazing and we were very pleased with the overall experience. We will be back!

I always get at least one thing I dont like everytime. The chicken wrap is rich! I almost had to stop eating it before I was full because it almost became to much. Very wet. You will need lots of napkins. The chicken is similar to shredded canned chicken. Beef fries are awesome. The ribs app is good. I heard others say the fried pickles were good but my taste buds were overloaded with the wrap.
