Do not come to Sam's Club to change your tires. They will damage your wheels 100% of the time and gaslighting you that the damage was not done by their machines. When you open a claim the Walmart Case Manager (David L.) will sit on a claim and do nothing for a month before you hear from them and you will have to manage the claim yourself. You can clearly see all 4 wheels have near identical damage and the same location (valve stem) and near identical pattern. Statistically impossible for that damage to be done by driving or anything other than a machine. Pure fraud.

Beware of curbside pick up. The eggs were broken on the last 2 orders. The green salad mix contained moldy lettuce. On the most recent order, some of the items were missing and 3 items were not part of our order. Check the items brought to your car before you leave.

It is impossible to reach a member of the tire and auto department or anyone in management. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes. Called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I’ve been on hold going on an hour. (See image of phone)

My heart is really heavy behind this review. This type of language and behavior is unacceptable. Sam’s Club, how could you allow one of your TEAM LEADS, to perform this way on Social Media? I understand workers have lives outside of work but this behavior and this type of language is NOT what I would ever expect coming from someone who is a SUPERVISOR! Is this how you allow your supervisors to act? Is this what your workers have to deal with? What about your everyday members?

What happened to your store? Normally a very pleasant and satisfying experience, but not today. I went in around noon and there were NO CARTS available. The cart guy was standing there staring at us and sipping a cold drink. I guess he was on break. So I went back out and brought in a few carts and shared. When I got in the store it was obvious that you are remodeling. And what a mess. Aisles are being changed to run front to back instead of side to side. Entire store is being reset so customers can not find what they want. I wanted Jif creamy peanut butter, but no luck. You were out of stock. Either that or someone was too lazy to put it on the shelf. Why not leave well enough alone. After all, you are a discount club store not a high end food boutique.

This Sam's is one of the WORST in the St. Louis region. It's amazing how often the drink dispensers are out of product or just not working. The front part by the cafe is always dirty and trashy. I only come here because it's super close to my work, however I much prefer the one in Kirkwood.

Terrible tasting cupcakes and experience. I sent my father to pick up the cupcakes for my son's graduation. They could not find them. The staff kept asking him if they were buttercream or whipped but he didn't know. After quite a long time the cupcakes were "found". We at first thought the picks were all placed upside down then saw they had been printed that way yet Sam's staff used them anyway. The literal "icing on the cake" of this awful experience was the taste of icing. It tasted like whipped paste. It was tasteless and gross. I have used Sam's bakery in the past and been satisfied with the results but I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
