Loved that it was still decorated from holidays. The decorations were so pretty which made for a lovely ambiance. The cocktails and steak were really good. And the service was great too. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time. Will definitely return.

Got right in the door when they opened. Chase was out server and was super fun and understanding. Bus boys was very attentive to our plates and drinks. The holiday lights and decor really set the mood! By 7 place was packed! Came for my bfs birthday. French prime ribs and surf/turf.

Host coming to visit the table a few times was great. Loved the atmosphere and personal detail of that. The food was unimpressive this time(come here every year for special occasions). Wife's filet was well done and dry--she did ask for med-well--nothing you can send it back to correct. I did the peppercorn strip medium. Mine seemed well done too. Couldn't find any pink in a medium steak.

We have been going to Sam's for 15+ years and have never been disappointed except for last night. Our party was finally given our drinks and the waiter disappeared for over 30 minutes. I had to ask for him. twice. Service was terrible. The policy of not splitting checks was another disappointment. The younger girl at the hostess stand was extremely rude. Our waiter didn't deserve the 20% tip that was added. After spending over $1000 I will consider a different steak house in the future.

My wife & I celebrated our 39th anniversary here and had a wonderful filet mignon dinner. Our waiter (Piero) and maitre de (Sarkus) were very nice and professional. We'll be back.

We love dining at Sam's Steakhouse. Last night though we were seated next to a table for 6. A rather large gentleman was blocking the chair they sat us at, it was very cramped and awkward. It could have been alleviated if the hostess asked the larger person to sit one more chair in, to allow room for the other table. So that was making our experience very cramped.

Arrived and were escorted to our table. Table was not well-lit, and we requested another better-lit table, and were moved promptly to a better table. Bus-staff were quite helpful, and our waiter was excellent. Bread, salad and appetizer were timely and tasty. My wife ordered the small filet with baked potato, I ordered the NY Strip with loaded baked potato. Our steaks were excellent, although mine was rarer than medium-well, but not worth the effort to send back. I've never had a sub-par steak from Sam's. The baked potatoes were huge, my loaded was very good, but my wife's was not quite hot. We mentioned it to our waiter who brought her another quickly. The occasion was our 30th Anniversary, and Sam's is always our preferred place for a special dinner. Very classy.
