The food is amazing. The staff is professional, yet keep it real. Ask for recommendation, they won't steer you wrong. I've had different topped medallions and a swordfish resting in a butter sauce. Holy cow. Everything's always tender with that amazing flavor that screams in your head that you're having one of the best meals ever. Excellent wine selection. And even make a decent cup of coffee, lol.

Went there for our 39th anniversary. I mentioned it when we made the reservation but nothing was said. Our waiter appeared to be overloaded with tables, didn't see him much, lots of waiting for him. The rest of the staff was doing pretty well covering drink refills, etc. but waiter was not very available. The food was great as always, lovely place. I expect a little better service for that price point.

Old school charm and excellent service provide the perfect setting for a lovely dinner. Beware the upcharges for nearly every little thing extra, like ordering a Caesar salad instead of the house salad, hollandaise for your steak, or even a different vegetable with dinner. Upcharge total for four was $23! Total bill $250. Our server told us of the charges, thanks Tina♥️, yet they're listed right on the menu if you pay attention. Yummy steaks and salmon! We miss the old condiment carousel of sour cream, cheese, and bacon bits to indulge our giant baked potatoes, because now they come ‘pre-loaded' ($3 upcharge)...that means the cheese and bacon are melted together on top, and the sour cream is on the side?. It's just not enough for those giant baked potatoes!

I had a wonderful experience here. Spouse made reservations for our anniversary and Sam's knocked it out of the park. Our server was attentive, kept our drinks full, each course arrived perfectly timed, great appetizers and salads, our steaks were cooked to our exact preference, and dessert (carrot cake) was delicious. The atmosphere was so classy, there was even a live musician. It felt like decadence. I absolutely overindulged. We were both so pleased with everything and will definitely be coming back for other special occasions. What a gem!

Hello! I am sharing this on my friend Patty Ward’s behave and sharing her experience at Sam’s Steakhouse! "Recently, I wanted to try a new restaurant open a little later to have a late night drink. When trying to find a place, I had found Sam’s Steakhouse. I walked in, found a spot at the bar, and ordered a drink. As I begin to sip on my cocktail I began talking to the bartender Bayden. He was very kind and easy to talk to and made the experience lovely. I felt as though I was being invited in and having a drink with friends. The experience was so nice I decided to come in again the next night with a friend of mine and have a second drink. That night we met the bartender Will. He was just as conversational and really added to the experience of being at Sam’s Steakhouse. Walking away from the two experiences I can confidently say Sam’s Steakhouse is an excellent establishment with exquisite food and cocktails. What makes the experience even better though is the conversation and friendships that you can form while eating there. I will definitely be returning and can’t wait to see who I talk to next!"

It had been years since we have eaten here. Not for any particular reason...just hadn't thought about it. Since none of our ‘go-tos' are open on Sundays we decided to revisit Sam's Steakhouse for my special birthday celebration. Our party of 4 generations was delighted and impressed with all that Sam's has to offer! Would highly recommend!
My wife treated me to dinner at Sam's last evening, and it was a superb experience. From the appetizer sampler for two, to the salads and entrees (Sea Bass for her, Cowboy Rib-eye for me) the food was beautiful and perfectly done, and the service impeccable. A special thank you to Richard, our server.) We have always been thrilled with Sam's and this continues.

We had reservations for 7 30. The hostess was rude and barely made eye contact with anyone and acted like wee were an annoyance for actually wanting a table at our reserved time. We were eventually seated at 8 15. Like others had mentioned, we were walked past several empty tables in the quiet, elegant part of the restaurant and seated in the bar which was crowded, loud, and a guy playing guitar. We did not come for a bar experience. The time between being seated and leaving the restaurant was 2 hours - much of that time spent waiting. Our waitress was sub par, but our busser was great and kept our waters filled. Our party of 4 ordered 3 steaks and 1 chicken Florentine. The whipped potatoes with 2 of the meals were cold. The chicken Florentine was so unappealing - cool creamed spinach atop lukewarm, chewy chicken breast. The other guests said their steaks were “pretty good”.We have visited Sams before. We have had pleasant experiences. But after this time, I doubt we will return. It was an expensive, disappointing evening. There are many other quality restaurants who don’t act like they’re the only show in town.
