The girl that is always there is always the most disrespectful & rudest worker. She just glares at every paying customer with nothing but disgust on her face. she is not friendly at all, not a comfortable atmosphere due to her. i work at the mall & now i make sure to avoid sarku because of her at all times.

Still the same chicken teriyaki experience from years ago from the food court and that's a good thing! Crisp steamed vegetables with fried rice and good chicken made right in front of you. They always ask if you want sauce and ask for a second ladle of it.

Food was pretty good.We ordered 2 steak bowls with noodles&1 w/ chicken.I didnt like the idea that cook put the cold/older chicken he had on the side on my bowl,while the fresher big batch of chicken he was cooking I did not get.

I was so excited to be getting my favorite meal. Only to be disappointed when i ate it. Not only was the price higher the chicken teriyaki was not right I ask for white rice I got fried rice the vegetables were not steamed long enough and a small amount of chicken. My mom got noodles and she was disappointed too. I have eaten chicken teriyaki for many years when it was in the downtown mall and when I come to West county Mall I get this every time.

Amazing and Affordable! Their spicy tuna roll is so good and cheaper than many other places by 30%! Also their Chicken teriyaki had me craving it for days after! My only complaint is they need more independent restaurants because sometimes I don't feel like getting an Uber or fighting the mall! This place is so good tho ✨

Ordered food there was 7 people ahead of me he made one of my orders then it sat open for over 10 mins before he finished the rest of my food then I asked if he could remake it since he didn't even call the number for the first part we didn't know it was ours then he tried to play like he didn't understand English and ignore me and offer me that same box of food so I had to go tell one of the ladies and get it remake and he tried to not make it correctly and asked for extra sauce on both orders he tried to close the boxes without giving any just all around horrible experience today and was all avoidable but yeah don't try to scam people
