Schottzie's Bar & Grill

Waitress forgot my drinks I ordered three times. Waited over an hour for our food when they weren't even that busy. My club sandwich and fries were cold when the waitress finally brought them out. Bartender grabbed the soda glass with his hand inside the glass for a refill. Very small space and everyone is on top of each other. Ordered a shot of fireball and got it in a plastic cup, it reminded me of a house party when I was a kid. Food was very overpriced for the quality of it. Literally a bar first and food place second. Yet they charge as much if not more than an actual bar and grill if this place was on bar rescue John Taffer would be cussing them out for real lol. I'll never go back to this POS over priced hole in the wall and I will tell everyone else not to either .

Been going to Schottie’s for two decades we managed to go there at least once a week either on pizza night Tuesday hamburger night Thursday or just for a good ribeye steak sandwich for lunch

This is not the place for lunch. It is a bar with bar food. That would be great if it wasnt so awful. The food is awful. Burnt..(I guess better than raw) food. When I left I said I would have had a better meal at white castle.

Everything about my favorite bar Schottzies has and always has. BTW. The neon Schottzies sign over the bar, I made when I worked at Plasti-lite signs in Affton. Mike the owner is great.

Talk about a "Cheers-like" Place, this is cozy and intimate, warm and friendly. Definitely one of the best pizza places around St. Louis and they have nightly specials of fried chicken or half pound burger or a steak! There are about six TVs with multiple sports games broadcast, no volume. If I had to guess the place holds about 80 people.
