It’s a cute place. Salad was fresh leaves but nothing outstanding. Dressing was straight up balsamic glaze which is kinda weird. A little expensive for what you get.

The food was excellent, presentation was excellent, it was clean inside, and the staff was pleasant and open to conversation. Next time I'm in St. Louis, I will definitely be back here and I'm so happy I made it a part of my birthday!!

Long time local pescatarian and I never made it here to the cafe until tonight! Delicious food and attentive staff. I ate the Malibu Melt with potato wedges. Those were the greatest fresh potato wedges I've ever had. Dense and seasoned well. I'm not usually on this side of town, but I'll make an effort to get here again.

Very cute little place. They were out of their pizza when we came in, but they have so much more on the menu that choosing something else wasn't an issue. It is a little pricey but it makes sense as to why. I got a southwest salad, and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, along with buying some kombucha - it was either a little over 20$ or just right under. But again for portion size and how good the salad was - totally worth it.

When I asked, the staff immediately directed me to the gluten-free dishes on the menu, which I deeply appreciated. I chose the Mediterranean Stew that was the perfect dish for a chilly day. I also enjoyed the seasonal peppermint cheesecake that they boxed up for me to take home and enjoy. It was not only vegan but also gluten-free! Yay for Seedz!!

First time visiting Seedz Cafe. The food options are impeccable really great! The cafe is in a cozy welcoming neighborhood. However, it's imperative that person working the cash register understands that they're the first face and energy customers experience. The cashier was evasive NOT welcoming at all! The order took close to an hour to receive just for lettuce and a burger with tacos. There was another party of two that walked in 30-mins after we had arrived and received their order before we did. Although, it wasn't the best dining experience for $88.00 plus a tip in cash added the smoothies were really delicious!

My husband and I, who are vegan, and my husband's brother and his wife who are not vegan, had a lovely dinner at Seedz last week. Everything we ordered (and we ordered a lot of food) was well prepared and delicious. The menu is extensive. The service was excellent and the staff friendly. We will definitely go there the next time we are in town.

Have been coming here for many years and while it’s always been good I have to say that when the new owners took over about a year and a half ago they took things to a new level on the food and made some nice investments in additional outdoor seating. Hands down one of my favorite spots to eat in the city.

I have no personal dietary restrictions, but my partner is GF and vegan for health reasons and when we found this place online we thought it sounded too good to be true! In fact it was real, and we just had an amazing date night celebrating our one year anniversary here :) she got the plain mac n cheese and I got the chili mac, both were 100/10 in flavor and so filling! We also tried the seasonal cheesecake, which was a spiced apple with a mixed nut crust, and it was seriously one of the best desserts I’ve ever had, vegan or not! The staff was very polite and informative, and despite there being a staff meeting happening when we arrived and them telling us there might be a short wait for our food, the delay was barely even noticeable. I would recommend Seedz to anyone, whether you follow a plant-based diet or not, simply because it offers amazing food and a great experience. Also can’t wait to try their coffee/tea shop that’s a couple doors down from the restaurant! Such a fabulous addition to the Demunn strip :)
