AMAZING! Great menu, great food, and great atmosphere! The staff was so friendly. We were traveling to Louisiana from Wisconsin and this was right off the highway and in the most darling neighborhood! The outdoor seating was lagniappe!
Love Seedz! Wonderful. Fresh vegan food in a quaint neighborhood. Always love to visit.
Food was great. Try it you will like it.
this cafe is definitely apart of my top favorite vegan restaurants in st.louis! food was top notch, staff was very friendly (shout out to nic) and the music they play inside is so good too. i came here with my mom and she got waffle santa fe and i got the eggz benefit. both were so good, we really enjoyed our experience here!
Good portions, lots of options, everything was good. Only downside was no coffee.
The food here was excellent and fresh. It has a lovely atmosphere, and the service was reasonably quick.
It was hard to decide what to have. I settled on the Greenz juice, Not-Cho Mac n' Cheez, a Snickers ball. All were delicious!
Good food options. Very nice location.
My meal was absolutely delicious! I had the Mac & Cheez
and a Curry rice dish. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The staff were professional and happy to create an unforgettable meal for my friend and I. My friend ordered the Rueben sandwich and sang its praises with every bite. We'll planning to return for another meal as soon as we can.
I'm not from St Louis, but anytime I visit my in laws we always stop at Seedz cafe, as it's a great plant based restaurant.
The offer dishes for both breakfast and lunch, and they have a good variety of offering, as well as rotating specials. This last time I visited I had a tofu Bahn Mi sandwich and my husband had the spicy chicken sandwich. I thought the Bahn Mi was pretty tasty, and my husband liked his sandwich as well although it was a little messy with the sauce. In the past I think I've had some of their breakfast items and enjoyed their tofu scrambled eggs. They also have a variety of vegan pastries available that always look very appetizing. We tried a couple of their vegan donuts last time, match/mango and raspberry/chocolate.
The inside isn't the biggest but they do have a few tables and can seat 1 or two larger groups. It does get a little cramped when it's busy.
They also offer smoothies, teas and juices which are very good. This is definitely a place where you can eat more on the healthy side.

Delicious! The service was quick and friendly, and the portion size for my meal was pretty big! We sat outside as it was very busy inside and the tables were very close together.
Wonderful for anyone wanting a healthy meal. Options for raw, whole food, and fried comfort options. Can’t go wrong here!
My wife was in St Louis for a festival and she asked for the pasta marinara. Door dash didn’t show it so I called them and they had one serving left and reserved it for her and gave us a workaround to get the order delivered. My wife was extremely happy and she said the food was amazing. Bravo for such fantastic customer service and food.
Always wonderfully tasty food!
