Overall I like Seoul taco a lot, the flavors are good and the food always seems fresh. The tacos and bowls are excellent and I really enjoy the branding.This location in particular isn’t the best, though. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. The atmosphere in this location feels unfinished and disconnected from the other locations. Also, the people working don’t greet you or seem happy to help.. in fact the reason I’m leaving a review is because the last three times we’ve been in there placing a to go order, we wait and wait and wait while they call out some peoples orders, but neglect to call ours despite us placing the order directly and waiting on site. Each time we had to revisit the counter and pickup our food that’s been sitting out. Once we get home, the egg is congealed, meat and rice are cold, and the overall experience is a bust.They could be doing better at this location, they just don’t seem to care.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm miffed enough to finally say something. Five or six out of the past ten times I've ordered takeout from here (weekday, after dinner rush, easy order), they have "forgotten" the kim chi I order on the side. It's not that big of a deal, but tonight I finally went in because I picked up my order rather than my colleagues. I checked my order - missing kim chi. I go in and ask the front counter person for some, she turns to ask the lady working in the kitchen who looks at her and says "we're out." The front counter lady looks glance at me and says "well do you want a refund or something?"It's $4. It's a side of food. It isn't that big of a deal. But if the kitchen has been out of a dish for longer than say, half an hour, I would hope they would proactively offer an exchange or refund rather than not saying anything for a take out order, hoping the customer doesn't notice or is already too far away to make it worth it to turn around, and keep the money. I even gave a $5 tip on a $13 takeout order I made IN PERSON. Cmon guys, please do better.Aside from those sad strings of unfortunate events, I love the food here. Great tofu, excellent spice level.Please do better, Seoul Taco.

I had high hopes since the area looks cool, but service was horrible, so that really made me dislike the place. The tacos were ok, but pricing with the Korean beef was way too high for what you get. Will not return.
I came here for dinner before a long night out to explore the bars close by. The food portions are enormous! I ordered a bulgogi bowl with extra meat, and it's not your usual Korean food portion. It was massive!It was a hearty dinner. The staff is friendly, and the ambiance is all right for a quick dinner or lunch here.
I went in at 9 and asked if they're closed (it looked like it, but the sign said until 10). I was told they was closing for the night, so I didn't order. 20 minutes later I passed by and saw people ordering food, and others waiting for food inside, so I'm confused why I that miscommunication happened.

TL:DR not well suited for people ordering individually, or folks needing to spend less than 45 minutes for a meal at a casual dine in.Came in with 4 people total. 3 of us got our order within 5 minutes, the other persons order took over 30 minutes, multiple others, that ordered after us 3 already had our food got served before our 4th person got theirs.
