This place used to be known for good food served by the most uninterested and lazy workers, but their service has improved greatly over the last month or so. I hope that they keep this standard of service going forward. The three guys working there now are all great.

They completely forgot my burrito last night the tacos looked horrible the queso was not hot and the chips were stale. On top of that when I was ordering the tweaker lady who works there said “honey I’ve got 10 orders ahead of you you probably shouldn’t order” like damn I just wanted soul taco but nope I got scammed.

So I’m mad and it’s probably the straw the broke the camels back, but I just hit my limit tonight. I really like the food at Seoul Taco, which is why I’ve let my frustration get this far but I’m just fed up and not in a belly full of delicious food kind of way. I am so freaking sick of my order being wrong, poorly prepared or missing items that I paid for. I would say my order is wrong 90% of the time I visit and that’s me giving grace, because I cannot remember a SINGLE EXPERIENCE MY ORDER HAS EVER BEEN RIGHT. I order from the Grove location at least monthly and have probably visited this location specifically at least 30 times. Tonight it was just the sauce that I paid for that was missing, and that happens 100% of the time I order it. But in the past I’ve received the entirely wrong order, missing OG kimchi, missing kimchi fried rice. Entire entres were missing for people ordering with me. Modifications made on the app will not be followed, and I give grace for that too because I feel like that’s a common occurrence across the board. But it is never busy when I come in. It’s not rocket science to check items off a receipt before closing the bag. Maybe it’s on me for not checking sometimes, but honestly I shouldn’t have to! Order accuracy is part of what I’m paying for. I’m not asking for service that I wouldn’t provide myself if the tables were turned. I’m mad because I do love Seoul Taco but I’m made to feel angry every time I go and I’ve given 29 second chances at this point because I believe that nothing is perfect, but this is unacceptable. PLEASE don’t make me stop coming, I don’t want to. But I’m so tired of feeling upset every time I go because I’m losing money or someone in my party is going without their dinner because the order wasn’t checked. I don’t want to lose my favorite restaurant but I’m just about there.

Tried to get lunch here. Stood at the counter while three employees were chatting with each other and ignoring me. Grabbed sushi instead since I was in a grocery store full of food, no reason to give them my money. Terrible service. The location on Olive is really good though.

We had the most kind lady that took care of us. Also, that burrito was awesome!
My order was incorrect. They handed me a bag stapled closed with my name on it. I got back to work on my lunch break and discovered their mistake. I never had this issue with the downtown location.

Food is good, but service is what made me write a review. The cashier just stares at you to order, no greeting at all, then she basically threw the change in my hand. I’ll leave 4 stars because of the food and convenience of it being a quick grab in the store.

3/6 tacos were wrong, it looked like someone just threw the meat everywhere no care at all, the chips and queso is 10 chips with cold hardened queso not to mention it took 30 minutes of waiting for this. Will not be back.
