Amazing service! Staff is well trained in handling food allergies and took great care to make sure ice cream was prepared nut free safely. From my experience, none of ice cream shops in St. Louis asked me about nut allergy before. We got the salt caramel and pumpkin cheesecake. Delicious!!! My kids were happy with their flavors as well. The shop was clean. They had vegan options (black sesame with pistachio and sweet potato). I actually came for the black sesame but vegan flavors here weren’t for me. Bummer!!! I’d come back in summer time to try other sorbet flavors that staff recommended.

Great ice cream. Good selection. Lady that waited on us was super friendly and enthusiastic about her product. We did a lot of samples before we made our final order. The dining area was very clean. We highly recommend serendipity, and we'll be back soon.

This is one of my very favorite ice cream places in all of St. Louis! The flavor selection beats the heck out of the run-of-the mill 31 flavors! My current favorite is a salted caramel Oreo cookie combination that is incredible!!! They have a bunch of boozy concoctions as well as sundaes, shakes, cookie and ice cream sandwiches, and a so much more! Becky, the owner, is extremely kind and the new location is gorgeous!
Dietary restrictions: I love that there are Lactaid tablets (free) for those who are lactose intolerant. There are also a variety of non-dairy options

Alrightttttt this the triple double bad review....now listen, I feel bad. Truly, I do but I mean dangggg that was a ROUGHHH experience. This was clearly the first day for the girl that helped us so like, free pass to her BUT lemme hit you with that again BUT even the girl training her was a littleeeeee unsure on how to make the cookie ice cream sandwich...she told the girl helping us she didn't exactlyyyy know what to do. Anyways, let's break it down...we walk in and nice girl starts helping us, immediately after we order you can tell she's not exactly sure what to do..bless her, she tried to figure it out and with it being busy didn't exactly have support soooo we wait a solid, sturdy dirty 20 minutes before we get our two cookies sandwiches.(it was busy at first but 10 minutes in we were the only customers) I mean that's cool, it happens but like gah damn....now they just gave us the cookies without paying and we tried to pay real hard REALLYYY HARD but even then it took another hefty 5 minutes before we could get help at the register to pay....it's cool though because we've got some freaking ice cream cookie sandwiches waiting for us right?? WELLLLL it was more like two cookies with some ice cream sauce (came out this way, wasn't from the waiting...crazy I know) one cookie was soft the other was like a bricked up Ron Jeremy (Johnny Sins for you uncultured folk)...that thang was SOLID...idkkk mannnnn I feel bad, hopefullyyyyy this was a fluke but again GAHHHH DANGGGG. It's a cool shop though, good concept. Giver a whirl, maybe it'll be an interesting night of people watching while you wait for ol Ron's cookies OR you might get some good ice cream 50/50 shot I'd say

Ice cream is difficult to mess up. You have milk plus sugar, but it's the added components that make it sing. Unfortunately, this place presented a sour note. The ice cream might have been homemade, but that did not save the state and flavorless wafflecones. Stale wafflecones ought to be disposed of. If you serve it, it needs to be worth the upsale.

NOT IMPRESSED! The ice cream did not taste I expected! It was very basic no matter the toppings or flavor! It was no different than store brought ice cream! With all the horrible food choices in grocery stores I hoped that the ice cream would have been worth the 20 mind drive. Its very noisy , management seemed to be more concerned about helping people take selfies rather than quality control and requiring the employees to wear gloves and hair nets! I will not go there again!
