Shabu Day is just one of those hidden gems. I’m not kidding when I say I drive hours home just to go here. I’ve taken all my friends, and they all love it. The food is incredible, the staff is few, but their service and responsiveness is incredible. I couldn’t give this place a better review.

I know that this restaurant is not intended to cater to vegan/vegetarian people so I am not going to take away any stars. I went there to eat as a vegan and was happy to see that they had a meat-free broth and plenty of veggies to include in your pot. I was, however, disappointed that the tofu option was only available with fish sauce. Overall, it was a fun experience and the waiter was accommodating of my dietary requests, I just wished I could have had a protein option that didn’t include meat/fish.

This was an Experience! My family and I were on a hunt for a ramen place. ShabuDay was our stop. They are Hot Pot, not ramen. But I am glad we stayed. It's an all you can eat hot pot. And with a family of four, you're going to be well fed. We went through two plates of Veg and three servings of meat. We all left satisfied and wondering when we would be making the trip to eat there again.
Honestly, not my cup of tea. Service was great. I don’t know “Hot Pot” dining, but to me it was very blah. And at $29@, it was too expensive. Atmosphere did not exist.

I had an amazing experience at Shabu Day! The broth was so flavorful, and the best part is that you can enjoy unlimited fresh meat and vegetables. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

I think it's not the best place for an authentic hotpot experience. The broths felt void of any classic hotpot spices... Jalapenos in hotpot?. no condiments available just a poor soya sauce and ketchup tasting sauce. No chilli sauce, no garlic. Above all the sides were also limited, no udon, rice or other noodles, no bean curds. Basic button mushroom. They had instant noodles from Maggi noodles... it was so disappointing. The only good thing was they had good portions of meat. but Without any good broth and sauces it was useless.

Only thing I was missing was different proteins. I don’t eat pork and try to limit my red meat intake. But the service was amazing.
Unsanitary: Staff was nice enough. Food seemed fresh and was tasty. Too many gnats and flies. My party was forced to swat them away through our entire meal. In addition, there was hair everywhere. Clearly an animal of some kind frequents the restaurant - perhaps after hours. There was what seemed to be cat hair strands on our table. Lastly, I was made to retrieve a single strand of long human hair from my first bite of hot pot broth taste testing.
We will not be back, here.

Great food!! Went there for the first time and love the food and how it is prepared. We got the spicy broth and the beef broth and both were delicious. The side sauces completed the flavor for each bite. I literally had ti break my chopsticks to stop eating.
