We came to this Shake Shack location after the game on our way back to the hotel. its a busy place but service is good and burgers are delicious. It did take a while, but it was busy.

First timer. For me, the food didn't live up to the hype. It was a burger. I did try cheese fries as suggested and whatever cheese that is used is a great choice. I enjoyed the outdoor searing and was pleasantly surprised when one of the employees came outside to ask about the service and if any refills were needed. That was above my expectations. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on service was due to the person who took my order, which was my first impression. The person was hard to understand because the tone of voice was barely above a whisper. Also when I asked what was on the burger, it could've been explained better. I ended up swapping my sandwich with another person in my party.

Ordered an online pick up. Did not receive the main part of my meal. That’s fine, accidents happen. What I’m actually upset about is this location does not accept any phone calls! When you call it goes to voicemail! I was trying to request a refund for my MISSING FOOD through where I placed a pickup order and could not because the restaurant hadn’t confirmed they ordered was picked up.

Got the shack stack and added avocado. There was a ton of people waiting but the wait time wasn’t bad and the food was great! Definitely costs more but so much better than In N Out!

I spent over $100 on my Ubereats order and it’s COMPLETELY wrong. ALL 3 burgers are nothing that I ordered and I’m missing a fry! I tried to call to speak to someone but I can only leave a message. Complete waste of money. UNACCEPTABLE is an understatement. Terrible job! I will never again order from this location. HORRIBLE! I demand to know how I can be completely refunded for this careless service. All 3 burgers wrong????

Edit: Unfortunately I had to come back to add that my shake was wrong also. Instead of a black and white I received a strawberry. Apparently I paid for a mystery box!

It's a clean and friendly environment. I like that this location has tv's with sports playing in the background. The workers have always been courteous and professional.

Overpriced.
The only "service" is your order being made.
The food quality is acceptable for 30.
Small portions and that's coming from a 130lb guy.

If I want a burger and shake and can't be bothered to walk another block down the street I'll be sure to come back and waste more money here.

The restaurant was mostly clean and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, I received the worst food I’ve ever had at Shake Shack. The chicken patty was super thin AND cold. I’d assumed they were making it fresh bc I waited 20 minutes for it but that was not the case. I’ll think twice before coming back to this location.

Usually really quick, simple food choices so pretty hard to mess up. My only complaint is that sometimes they won't call orders out loud so you'll have to ask for your food which has already started cooling.
