Shake Shack Ladue Crossing

The food came to our table quickly and the service in the dining area was phenomenal. The person waiting on the tables was very attentive and incredibly helpful with our needs for different items. It was the best service we have ever had dining in a fast casual restaurant.

The food here was decent but it wasn't any better than their competition's fare and it wasn't really worth the increased price. Additionally, there was distasteful political messaging posted in the place during my visit there. Would not recommend.

Horrible! What happened? Total rip off..10 bucks for a slider size burger? This was at the Ladue location...it was 10:40 in the morning..I was the only customer and it took a long time 15 min to get my burger and the four workers were talking and let my burger just sit there until they saw me stand up and look over at then. So disappointing..I treat myself to a burger very seldom and this was a big letdown. It used to be special to come here. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Terrible service unless you tip them, won’t say anything, won’t give you straws, won’t give you napkins unless you tip. Pretty crazy when burger fries and shake is already 25 dollars.

Service was great! Manager is a really cool fun guy who checks on his customers and isnt afraid to get his hands dirty with employees. Takes orders refills drinks and manages the energy of the location. Guys like him should be in charge of the district because I know he would ensure customer satisfaction above all! Dylan was cool too. They made sure my food was hot good and it didnt take too long to receive my order despite the length of it. Appreciate these guys customer service is not dead.

Smells Like weed and way over priced.

This was the first time that we took our granddaughter (and you know how picky kids can be)...she liked the burger, loved the fries and wouldn't stop talking about her shake...all days later

Vegetarian options: They serve a huge portobello mushroom burger that is extremely yummy!!!!!!!!

There was hair on my burger and I didn't see the hair until half the burger was eaten. Gross. I felt sick not knowing what other "unseen" germs or bacteria could've been on the burger. I will never eat shake shack again.

There was a lady that worked I believe of Latino she had a serious attitude because I asked that my fries be freshly hot. Then starting talking about me to the cooks like I had said something foreign. Everyone else was professional and kind . She does not belong there or matter of fact she does not need to work with the public at all.
