The food is always fresh and hot. The customer service is acceptable; Considering the employees deal with high traffic and working in the hot kitchen. The food is really expensive once the order is added up. For fries, nuggets and shake I paid $21 plus tip.

Well I would like to sit-down and order on the app and have the order come to the table. Ya know like McDonald's waiting/standing at the kiosk sucks... People suck and are slow and you ask too many questions and want people to type stuff like their email... The app has carry out and delivery... Just put some permanent numbers on the table and Allow peeps to order from their phones. Drinks are small and have tooo much ice if they are going to be that small. No napkins came with the order. It is sort of expensive and the food is small

I liked everything ordering was easy with Jayla and the wait wasn't long and everything was nice and hot and delicious. I was offered refills on my drink. The service was amazing 10/10.

Food is always good and hot. I can't complain about anything here. But you have to try any of their burgers with lettuce wrap, amazing!!! I got a Caroline BBQ burger single with fried pickles on it, FIRE 🔥 😋!!! SPICY FRIES, OHH SO GOOD 👍🏽

The food came to our table quickly and the service in the dining area was phenomenal. The person waiting on the tables was very attentive and incredibly helpful with our needs for different items. It was the best service we have ever had dining in a fast casual restaurant.
