The burgers were ok the fries were cold and the cheese sauce was like glue stuck to a cold fry. For $51.94 I expected it to at least be superior. The chunk of avocado on my daughter's sandwich was enough to make a single serving of guacamole. For me, I would not spend my money here again.
First time tying Shake Shack ( I do not have them in the area I live ) and I was very disappointed. I placed an online order at 8:30pm and did not receive my order until 10:00pm. That probably being Ubers fault but I was trying to call the store and no answer. I called three separate times because I was going to ask if I could just pick up my order and still no answer. By the time I FINALLY got my food, it was extremely disappointing. The size of the portabella mushroom was extremely small and I have no idea what was wrong with my meat patty but I’m not sure how you can even call that a full patty! Definitely overpriced for what I got. I was looking forward to trying SS because I have heard good things about it but honestly, there are probably better local places to try!

I was so exited to meet friends and enjoy a meal I thought would be awesome. I love the crunchy on the outside. But my whole burger was crunchy. Totally overcooked. Not what I thought this experience would be. Ate 3/4 of it. Threw the rest away. The people who worked there were great. My burger just wasn’t. Carl’s on Manchester much better.

Giving Shake Shack five stars because it's all about the service and the food! other than the bathroom floor being a wee bit slicker, the Shake Shack was amazing. one of their workers, KJ, made our trip even better. He was kind, courtesy and helpful. This was our first visit to a Shack and we will be back! Thanks KJ for going out of your way for us and others, as we watched you work bringing food out to customers and helping to clean up. Always with a smile on his face and a kind word out of his mouth!! The burgers were a 10, but KJ and the other staff is mostly why we will be back!!

Great variety of burger, hot dogs, chicken sandwich and vegan burger options. They are doing a specialty Korean promotion now Korean style fried chicken sandwich or Korean BBQ burger. There are so many great options deciding will be tough. The ambiance is fast food burger jointy, and it's noisy but a fun environment. Yummy shakes and frozen custard options as well. Torn between root beer float a choc shake. I had the Korean burger, fries and a root beer float. My companion had the Korean chicken, cheese fries and a dragon fruit tea. The chicken was not as good as the burger. The service was good also.
