While I was excited to dine at Shameless the disregard they showed prompted me to walk out. It had been open for 50 minutes at which time a delivery was being unloaded. A person from the back said they were unloading and that another staff would be out. I sat for 15 minutes without anyone to come to table. I got up and asked for a menu. There was no hello, we will be with shortly, could we bring a glass a water.. Zip. They pointed to the menu board and a rack of menus. I chucked it off to that age group and their indifference to boomers I retrieved 4 menu as friends were joining. I sat for another 5 or more minutes and still no wait staff. I was more than patient and decided to take my business to Nadine Hash House where we were seated and quickly greeted by a cordial staff. Shameless staff need a lesson in customer service and hospitality.

This is one of my favorite breakfast spots in a city that frankly has an absurd amount of great breakfast spots. The staff is always lovely and helpful, the food is always top notch and the coffee is excellent. Anytime I have out of town visitors this is the first recommendation and my preferred meetup for catching up.

We stopped for coffee mid-afternoon. This place is definitely the most inclusive coffee shop I've seen. Everyone seems welcome and the decor gives you something to smile about at every glance. Service was fast and friendly.
