One of my favorite local spots in St Louis that I frequently visit. I appreciate consistency in the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff. I always feel welcomed and taken care of when I choose to dine here. The sheesh tawuk and the knafeh are my favorites.
This is by far my number one favorite restaurant in St. Louis. I am not a guy who often writes reviews for restaurants unless I feel there is something I really need to share. I have been going to this restaurant literally at least once a week for almost two years now and I was never disappointed. Extremely good, locally owned cuisine. My favorite restaurant in the city. Outstanding food, large portions, authentic presentation (as far as I know, being from Missouri). As good as it gets on South Grand.
