Steak was delicious

Visited this restaurant on Fathers Day….Big mistake. Very unsanitary silverware and cups. The cups had a cloudy film on the inside of them. When I told the waiter about the issue he poured my current beverage that was in the dirty cup into a styrofoam cup. Our waiter walked past us multiple times without checking on me and my fiancé. We had to flag down other waitresses to finish getting serviced. Our waiter had poor knowledge about the sushi and didn’t really want to go into detail about cooked vs raw. The bartender was extremely nice. I hate the fact that the cups were dirty and the straw is already unpackaged. I will not be returning. The food was 7/10 and service was -10/10.

I had never been here but was very happy I went. The Chefs make the experience fun and the food is cook fresh right in front of you. What they do is a work of art and I went home full!

the steak and scallops cooked to perfection. I tried noodles for first time and won't get again too much butter, oil, and sauce

This was a great place. The food was ok but the service was unprecedented. My steak came out medium well and I ordered rare. Once I informed the waitress she made exceptional strides to get me another steak that was perfectly cooked. It's not only about the food but also the experience, they took great care of us.

Came here for my birthday on dec 26 and our bill after tip was $74, paid with visa gift card that had $100 on it, tell me why I had 84cents left on it when I went to use it the next day. Last time I come here for my birthday

While the food SEEMED fresh and very appealing, it was completely bland and absolutely no seasoning whatsoever; not a sprinkle of salt, nothing. It immediately gave me a terrible diarrhea, we’ll never come back. The smallest and saddest sushi I’ve had in my entire life and the chicken was so dry, it felt like it got killed twice. Now we know if an Asian restaurant looks too bougie like this one to RUN the opposite direction as fast as you can, very overpriced for no reason.

Food was great, the chef was excellent, and the server was attentive.

We come to Shogun regularly. Food is good. The chefs prepare it right in front of you and put on a show while doing so.

Parking: Large parking lot because it's in a strip mall.

Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoys seeing the chef make there food right in front of them. They also enjoy the different tricks the chefs do.
