While I was waiting for my online order at the drive thru window, which was not ready when I arrived despite being on time, I could hear two girls screaming at each other. One of them even yelled profanity!!! Not something I want to hear first thing in the morning. Not a good way to show professionalism. Get it together guys.

I have been waiting at the drive rhru for 10 min aftrr rhe time i arrived abd rhe order on the app says its complete 8 min ago, and yet it took the boys inside 9 min tp finally silently hand me my smoothie.
I watched them all walk by… repeatedly. I ordered before i left my home ten minutes away.
This smoothie king is always slow, every single time I choose this location, which is closer to my house, I always am reminded why I shouldn’t, and just go to the ones a bit further away.

I will not be going back to this location. When I pay $15+ before tip for a 44oz smoothie that is supposed to be over 1,000 calories, I don’t expect it to taste so watered down and leave me not even close to feeling full. I’ve had this problem many times but only at this location. Every other store in the area provides exactly what I would expect. It leads me to believe that the employees are instructed by a cheap franchise owner to go light on ingredients and heavy on ice. I go to smoothie king several times every week but this location has lost that business.

I hope the owner of this location see’s this review. My husband, son, and I arrived at your store on Friday 2/14 at 7:55pm to locked doors. The “open” sign was illuminated and the door clearly stated you are open until 9pm. He saw us try both doors and didn’t bother to come to the door to let us know why they closed so early. I was tempted to order online but wasn’t sure if he could even be bothered to make them and then I’d be out of the money. I even tried calling, no answer. We decided to take our business to the Arnold location. Much better service, will definitely not come back to this location ever.

Went through drive-through. Ordered two smoothies and a $50 gift card. We had a coupon from a coupon book that we purchased for our local high school as a fundraiser. They said they won't accept the coupon. It was a buy one get one. So after spending $50 on a gift card, they won't accept a coupon that clearly is for them. If it wasn't for a gift we probably would have told them nevermind on everything and not even purchased the gift card.
