I hope the owner of this location see’s this review. My husband, son, and I arrived at your store on Friday 2/14 at 7:55pm to locked doors. The “open” sign was illuminated and the door clearly stated you are open until 9pm. He saw us try both doors and didn’t bother to come to the door to let us know why they closed so early. I was tempted to order online but wasn’t sure if he could even be bothered to make them and then I’d be out of the money. I even tried calling, no answer. We decided to take our business to the Arnold location. Much better service, will definitely not come back to this location ever.

Went through drive-through. Ordered two smoothies and a $50 gift card. We had a coupon from a coupon book that we purchased for our local high school as a fundraiser. They said they won't accept the coupon. It was a buy one get one. So after spending $50 on a gift card, they won't accept a coupon that clearly is for them. If it wasn't for a gift we probably would have told them nevermind on everything and not even purchased the gift card.

Most of the time they are so slow, unpleasant, and clearly don't care about providing service. I just went on a Saturday afternoon and no one even bothered to take my order so I left.

Never open when they say they are. Says they open at 8am. Here at 1pm, sit at inter one for 15 minutes no one in line they tell us to wait. Try to go inside instead and door is locked.

Here Saturday morning at 8am, sitting in the drive thru, I'm the first person here. The lady tells me to hold a second, it's been 20mins and she hasn't come back to the intercom. If you're going to be short staffed and not ready to open on time, please put a sign up.

I used the drive-through and asked if they could leave out the almonds as i am deathly allergic and the person responded very softly said yes. I get to the window and i ask again, :did you leave out almonds because i am very allergic to them", to which he very softly replies "Uh-huh". So then I ask does that mean yes or no and he sort of stares at me and then closes the window? Seriously, i know getting good workers is tough but having an allergy is serious business and if you are working with food items you should have a better response then uh-huh. I will NOT be going back, there are too many other establishments that deserve my money.

Currently sitting in drive thru. Asked to wait. Nobody indoors or in front of me in line. Service is slipping drastically. Was given wrong change last time and they acted like I was crazy over 3 pennies.

Lindberg, it was raining outside, and I couldn’t order at the drive-through. I get told by a young gentleman's dad if I don’t order there, I won’t be served for the next time, so they’re not going to be next time I don’t understand. Can you employ anybody else instead of kids? The service is too long. They’re playing around instead of acting professionally; if you can hire employees, close the store

This is the second time in the past month that I have had a negative experience at this location.Last month, I placed an order on the app and it took over 30 minutes to get my order, and there were only 2 cars in front of me. My smoothie had been prepared and was ready at the window, and it still took the employees 5 minutes just to come hand me my drink.Today, the same story, only one car in front of me, placed the order on the app 10 minutes before arrival, and still waited for 30 minutes in the drive through. To top it all off they made my smoothie incorrectly.Both times there were at least 3 employees present in the store and it appeared as if there was little in the way of management or leadership.
