This is the slowest Smoothie King in STL. The customer service is horrible. There’s literally no sense of urgency. We put in mobile orders on a regular and they take over 20 mins. It’s 8:56am and I had time to not only write this review while I waited… also submit a photo for it.

I got to this location 2-3 times per week. Today, I ordered my smoothie and they scanned my app. The money came out of my bank account, but the cashier stated that the purchase didn't come through on their end. I was unwilling to run my app again, and have another 10 dollars come out of my account for ONE smoothie. I asked how I get a refund, and was told that I could not get a refund, because the money didn't come through on their end. They would not give me my order - and after arguing with me about this for at least 5 minutes - the cashier or shift manager threw 9 dollars at me and muttered something about me as I drove away. I do not understand how it is more worth it to refund cash to me and to argue with a customer rather than just give me what I already paid for. It is not MY fault your system is faulty. I am so disappointed, as the smoothies have gotten me through the last ten months of my weight loss journey, but I cannot see going back to a business where I was so disrespected. Please take a look at your systems so this doesn't happen to another regular customer.

The manager and Ray went above and beyond to help me today. Not only was the service great, they went to extreme lengths to help me out of their drive thru. They were super patient and friendly. I truly appreciate them!! Me getting stuck in their drive thru was not in my day and I’m sure it wasn’t in theirs. Their willingness to help me out shows they are genuine people and for this I will always support this location.
