I'll give this two stars because this is my second visit and my first one went really good. I just tried my second attempt and unfortunately the person working the first time was not available. I am gluten-free and the menu does not indicate what is safe for me there and what is not and the people there had no knowledge either so I essentially got stuck in the drive-through until the other orders were completed and the traffic cleared for me to get out because there was no exit. I would highly recommend a knowledgeable staff or at least marking clearly on the menu so people that do have precautions to take are able to assess an address clearly if they wish to order. for those reasons, I don't think I'll be returning because I don't know who knows what day to say.

This note is more for ownership. One of your workers every time she is working for some reason she only accepting online orders. She seems to be afraid of human contact still wearing a mask which is fine, but the worst thing is she isn’t accepting cash or card transactions every time she works Management should probably look into

I called at 8:43.. they said they were open for 15 more mins. I got there at 8:47 .. when I got there they said they were not taking orders. I told them I had just called and they said they were open. They told me they stop taking orders at 8:50 and everything was put away. I told them it was not 8:50 yet, it was 8:48 by this time. They refused to take my order even though they are “open” until 9. Everytime I go here it’s some different problem. Do not recommend coming here.

Closest S.K. to me and the portions keep getting worse each time I come back. And it’s disappointing looking to reward yourself with a tasty treat and it’s not even a full bowl or smoothie.

Disappointed.I've spent a lot of money here at this location - always stopping by when I was in town. Also, I always tip the employees 25% or more for my drive-through smoothie.Recently, after paying and tipping, I realized that I forgot to provide my QR code for scanning my discount and points credit. I knocked on the window and asked if the employee could add it. They paused, thought it over, and told me "no". Then, they explained a convoluted system that involved me taking notes and doing home work, rather then them spending 1 minute to void the transaction and ring it up again.No big deal, I guess. I was disappointed, though.Then, on my way home, I found that my smoothie was not blended properly, and the bottom was filled with unblended ingredients. Some of it tasted kinda gross, and the texture was awful. I had to throw away the last 5 ounces of the 20 ounce smoothie that I paid $10 for (after tip).So, after 6 months of loyal patronage, I will be finding a new Smoothie King location. I am intentionally not listing the employees name or gender, to avoid getting anyone in trouble. In the past, they have been great. But, I have tipped this particular employee $7 in the last month. In essence, I give them the discounts that the app provides me. After my tips, I save nothing. If employees at Smoothie King on Gravois don't appreciate that money, I know other food workers at other locations will. And, the franchise owner will definitely appreciate the ridiculous amount of money I spend on Smoothies.

Sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes while it made to smoothies. What ever it is it’s got hog rings in its face and don’t have no sense of manners what so ever. Smoothies are great.

Katrina is an amazing employee. Spite being the ONLY employee and working by herself, she managed to thank customers for their patience and apologized for their waits, and dished out some amazing smoothies!! All with a smile on her face! Will def be back to visit!

I actually got a smoothie through doordash because I’m not feeling to well. Needed something to boost my health a little. I ordered the angel food with a bunch of enhancers. It’s so cute because they are out of immune support and they left a little note in the bag, a water, and some change to refund me for not having immune support.Thank you guys!

My girlfriend got something for the first time that she wasn't sure about and the girl said that if she didn't like it she could exchange it but when we pulled around to do exactly what she said, she acted like she had no idea what she was talking about. So, instead we ended up waiting 15mins talking to the manager and getting told no anyway. TRASH A** LOCATION !!
