One of my favorite locations to visit, however if there are no bananas, there’s a convenient store connected to the building—they had bananas. I ordered a loaded pb toast and when I went to pick it up, the worker said there were no bananas and he would add extra strawberries and blueberries. He forgot the honey drizzle as well… I went next door and got a banana to add to my toast. I was definitely not satisfied this day…

worst smoothies ever purchased from a smoothie king or anywhere. one smoothie was mixed poorly the other frozen with almost goofball size ice still in the drink. so thick and frozen can't even drink it.

Ordered 13 drinks for my shop over the phone. We picked them up and went to hand them out to only then realize we got 12. My employee ran up to let them know they missed one and the worker said “no I didn’t” and made her pay for an additional drink. We will now take our business to the Kirkwood location.

I went here yesterday the lady made my smoothie wrong and went I asked her to remake it she charged me more money than fixing her mistake for free . She also was not washing her hands and her hair wasn’t up . She was very rude and never refunded me my money . Honestly won’t ever come here again.
