I normally really enjoy the smoothies here, especially since you can customize so much, but unfortunately today I received the completely wrong drink and was exposed to milk, which I’m allergic to. I only had a sip before I realized it was a chocolate smoothie but still enough to have a noticeable reaction.I really wish they would at least write the orders on the cup or lid as an additional assurance for the customer, as I’m sure it’s easy to mix things up in the kitchen.

This is the second time I have come to my favorite location and was greeted very rudely! I don’t get why you’re mad and don’t want to take orders ! The store was filthy I mean so nasty at this point I wouldn’t ever buy a smoothie again a song as she’s there I’m good !

This is the dirtiest Smoothie King I've ever been in. I literally told the girl that it stinks in there. It smelled like fermented fruit. The entire store was disgusting. Silly me ordered anyway because I drove 15 minutes to get here, and there aren't any others nearby. When I pulled up, the 2 employees were sitting out front smoking weed. Neither one moved until I grabbed the door. The girl followed me in and did wash her hands before asking me what I was ordering. She made my bowl, and I asked her, "Why is my bowl so short?" She literally shrugged her shoulders and just looked at me. I said this is the shortest $14 bowl I ever had. And just walked out. Needless to say I will NEVER come back to this Smoothie King. I would literally drive to St. Charles first before coming here. I do NOT recommend!!! Besides my bowl tasted horrible, I literally threw it out of my car window.

The worker and I were the only two people in the store. I waited 10min at the register before the worker even acknowledged I was there. She completely ignored me no hello, no I'll be right with you, nothing. I dont know why I waited so long I would leave zero stars if I could.

BEE BERRY STINGBY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD NOBODY HAD A SMILE ON THEIR FACE AND THEN I ORDERED TWO OF THESE BUT MY BF WAS SO HUNGRY HE STARTED EATING BECAUSE WE PAID $30 for two of these and literally got less than what would have in a smoothie there are two unpleasant young ladies in there that aren't very welcoming waiting anxiously for 9pm to close . This is my favorite location and instead of going back and forth with these children Ill leave you this review don't let them scam you like they did us cause at this point compensation is OWED smh Distasteful.

Always something with this location. Always short staffed and unprofessional. They inconvenience folks putting signs up in the evening to deter customers away with “mobile orders only” and expect for paying customers to sit there and place an order WHILE IN STORE. Done with this location

Just came from working out and this stud tells me she can’t take my order because she is backed up. I didn’t change my diet for Ms. Burger King to come to smoothie king w the same attitude! Then I had to drive to Brentwood where I normally go just to get good service!!

When I first got there I had to use the restroom. Told it was employees only. Fine. Then when I went to order I was told I had to use the app. The app didn't work.

Two days in a row we returned back without taking anything after long wait. This place needs staff to respond. Hygiene forget about that it just looked like a pile of mess right next to mixers today.

This place is great unless they say they’re only taking mobile orders. Went in after the gym, saw the sign for mobile orders and I went back to my car and tried signing up on the app. Didn’t work. Went back into the store to ask if I can place an order. I showed them that the app wasn’t working and they didn’t care. Just shrugged their shoulders and ignored me. Not ever coming back here. If you’re going to require mobile orders, at least have an app that works.

One of my favorite locations to visit since they're more convenient than others. I always get The Daily Warrior and add peanut butter x2. It always helps to have the app so that you can accumulate rewards and/or apply discounts. It also helps to have the app whenever you come on Friday's when you can upsize your smoothie for free. The employees don't have a problem accommodating your shake to meet your needs whether you like it thick or more flavorful. The service was fast and efficient especially with the amount of online orders coming in. This location is clean and well lit but can feel a bit cramped during lunch hours. They also do not have public restrooms so be prepared if you have a long wait time.
